Types of Lentils

Ingredients:

  • 215 g lentils;
  • 3-4 onions;
  • 115 g semolina;
  • spices to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Soak the lentils in water, and then grind the beans through a meat grinder.
  2. Finely chop the onions and saute until golden in a frying pan with oil.
  3. We add the vegetables to the lentils and once again pass the beans and onions through a meat grinder.
  4. Season the resulting minced meat with seasonings, make cutlets from it and fry in oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve the dish with buckwheat, sauerkraut or any other side dish.

Lentils for pregnant and lactating women
