A great snack or healthy breakfast option that won't weigh on your waistline. Cheese pancakes contain a minimum of carbohydrates; the main thing is to fry them in high-quality olive oil or bake them in the oven.

How to cook “Cheesecakes with protein”

Prepare the following ingredients.

Place the cottage cheese in a deep container, crack in a chicken egg, add salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add the protein and mix everything well again. The amount of protein depends on the size of the chicken egg; a little more may be required. If your cottage cheese is fatty, you can add a little instant oatmeal to the mixture. They will absorb excess liquid and the mass will become denser.

Wet your hands in water and form a piece of cheesecake from part of the curd mass. Prepare the rest of the ingredients in the same way.

Heat the vegetable oil thoroughly in a frying pan. Make sure there is only a small amount of it, just grease the pan with it. Place the pieces into hot oil. If you put it in a cold place, the cheesecakes will absorb the oil and spread in the pan.

Fry the cheesecakes on one side for about 2 minutes over moderate heat and carefully turn them over to the other side. Remember that they do not contain flour and are very tender, so they can spread across the pan. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Place the cheesecakes on a plate and serve hot with classic yogurt, berries or dried fruits.

Recipe for dietary cheesecakes without flour

This recipe does not involve the use of flour, so it is definitely considered dietary.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • egg;
  • 2 cup semolina;
  • a little sugar (remember, the less the better).

Prepare dietary cottage cheese according to the recipe:

  1. Stir the low-fat cottage cheese until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  2. Add a chicken egg to it, also stirring.
  3. Now add semolina. But not all at once. According to this recipe, semolina is added one tablespoon at a time and mixed thoroughly. 5. To diversify the taste, berries are added to the mixture.
  6. Cheesecakes according to this recipe can be prepared both in the oven and in a slow cooker.

Mix the mixture thoroughly with a fork. Next, you need to create a little more than a dozen balls, roll them in oatmeal and press lightly to give the shape of a regular cheesecake - a puck. Curd cheesecakes with oatmeal can be either fried in a dry frying pan or baked in the oven on a silicone mat for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Vanillin is a chemical analogue of natural vanilla seeds. Vanillin contains no nutritional value. Contains petroleum products, eugenol and lignin. Moreover, its cost is extremely low. Natural vanilla bean, on the other hand, is an extremely expensive product, but has a number of useful properties.
