Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in the bread machine container strictly in the order indicated above. Salt and sugar should not come into contact with the yeast. Therefore, pour salt and sugar in opposite corners, and yeast in the center of the container. When interacting with sugar, a premature yeast reaction will begin, and salt, on the contrary, will prevent the yeast from activating.
- Place the container in the bread machine and set the baking time. In normal mode, this bread is baked for 4.5 hours. Although no, it only bakes for about 30 minutes, and the rest of the time the dough rises and kneads.
- If your bread machine supports accelerated mode, the cooking time can be reduced to 2.5 hours. If you also have a Kenwood VM 450, 350, 256 or 250, then set program No. 3, weight - 1 kg and the baking time will be set automatically.
- After the program ends, remove the bread from the container and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
How to choose diet bread

Now the dough is dense, from it we form a product of any shape. I made a round, flat pan so that it would bake faster in the middle. Grease the top of the dough with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and sprinkle with the remaining seeds. Grease the multicooker bowl with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (you can also put parchment underneath). Set to “Keep Warm” mode for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, switch to the “Baking” program. My default setting is 50 minutes, we turn it over to the other side after 30-40 minutes. If you see that the bread is not ready, then add more. It took me 1 hour 20 minutes.
