The popular TV presenter and author of many delicious dishes recommends her fans to prepare a sweet dessert as follows:
- First, toast a glass of Brazil nuts in the oven (you can replace them with any others if desired) for 20 minutes. After that, transfer them to a blender bowl and grind.
- Prepare the dough from two overripe bananas, two cups of flour, a cup of sugar, two chicken eggs, a quarter spoon of salt, 100 grams of melted butter and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add nuts to the dough and mix it again.
- Line a rectangular pan with baking parchment, which should be pre-greased with butter or vegetable oil. Lay out the dough, smooth it out and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- For sprinkling, mix 50 grams of coarse granulated sugar and a piece of grated ginger. Remove the dessert from the oven, brush it with the resulting mixture and place it back into the oven.
After a quarter of an hour, turn off the oven and let the bread cool. After this, wrap the dessert in cling film and leave it alone for one hour. Serve banana bread with hot tea or milk.

A simple recipe that always works. It cooks quite quickly, but it turns out to be as similar to bread as possible, however, it can be served with tea for unexpected guests.
- 2 bananas.
- 1 cup flour.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes.
- 1 teaspoon of soda.
- 0.5 cups vegetable oil.
- 0.5 cups raisins.
- Salt.
- Mash the bananas with a fork. In a separate container, combine flour, cinnamon and butter. The result is a very plastic mixture, mix it with mashed bananas, add raisins and mix.
- It is advisable to choose the shape in such a way that the thickness of the bread does not exceed 2-3 centimeters, then the baked goods will be homogeneous. Cooks for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

- Line the pan with baking paper and place a banana, cut in half lengthwise, on the bottom. Sprinkle a little with chopped walnuts. Mash the remaining bananas, add syrup, eggs, remaining nuts, chopped dates, vanilla extract, soda, cinnamon and mix.
- Combine the flour in a separate container, and then knead the dough. Place it on top of the chopped banana and walnuts. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

The peculiarity of this dessert is that it is prepared using rice flour. Thanks to this, the dough turns out to be different from the biscuit or butter dough we are used to. Recipe with rice flour:
- Peel one ripe banana, place it in a suitable bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add 60 grams of sugar, a chicken egg and three tablespoons of milk to a bowl. Mix the products until smooth.
- Sift 100 grams of rice flour into a bowl and add a packet of baking powder to it.
- Pour the finished dough into rectangular muffin tins and place them in a preheated oven for half an hour.
Cool the finished bread to room temperature, slice, and then serve with tea or soft drinks.

- Chop 15 walnuts with a knife or using a blender. Please note that they do not need to be ground into dust, but rather left in large pieces.
- Peel two ripe and soft bananas and mash with a fork.
- Place three tablespoons of butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave until soft.
- Sift two glasses of wheat flour directly into the bread machine container, add the prepared products, as well as salt, half a glass of sugar, a teaspoon of yeast, two eggs, half a spoonful of vanilla and cinnamon.

- Give the finished product the desired shape, set the “Cake” or “Baking” mode for the time specified in the instructions.

- 115 grams butter
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams of inulin

If you still want to make beurre noisette, take butter, put it in a frying pan (preferably a light one, steel for example, or ceramic), and place the frying pan over medium heat. And by the way, if you use this kind of oil, add an additional 10-15 grams of water to the dough, because during cooking all the water has boiled away, otherwise the oil would not heat up to 128°.

- Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, pour half of the dough into it, and set the device itself to the “Baking” mode for one hour.
When the beep sounds, check the readiness of the bread with a toothpick, then leave it to cool under the lid for half an hour. After this, prepare the remaining dough in the same way. This is one of my favorite new banana bread recipes. Very tasty and incredibly healthy! In the composition of bread, most products belong to the “SuperFood” section! If you are a lover of coconut flavor, then I recommend using coconut oil for cooking. If you are not a big fan of the coconut taste, then it is better to use olive oil or even butter (or even replace the oil with applesauce - then you will get a low-fat dietary option). You can experiment with the ingredients and replace them: maple syrup with honey, buckwheat flour with any whole grain flour, walnuts with any other nuts or dried fruits, chia seeds with pumpkin seeds, etc. My version is with the following ingredients, very tasty
