Sweets from Malyutka and bananas are in shock: preparing desserts for children

Banana candies. Diet banana candies

You can make low-calorie sweets from bananas without sugar or other sweeteners. The candies are soft, sweet, and have a chocolate flavor due to their high cocoa content. Preparing diet candies from bananas is not at all difficult, it does not take much time. To prepare you will need only three ingredients: - 2 bananas, - 2 tsp. bitter cocoa, - low-fat coke shavings.

How to cook at home

Bananas for diet sweets will need to be pureed with a couple of spoons of bitter cocoa using a submersible blender.

You should get a soft, homogeneous mousse of rich chocolate color. This in itself is a delicacy that you want to eat right away, but we won’t stop there. Let's continue making sweets from bananas.

Add coconut flakes to the chocolate puree. It is better to look for low-fat shavings on sale, since the regular ones are very high in calories. I do not indicate the amount of coconut shavings, since it is impossible to predict how much it will be needed. Add gradually until you get a thick “dough”.

The finished mass should be thick, plastic and not stick to your hands. When you see that you can already make banana-chocolate candies from the mixture, proceed to the next step.

We form square or round candies of the required size. Each candy should be rolled in coconut flakes. This way the candies will be more beautiful and will not stick to each other.

These banana candies can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. You can serve them or treat yourself to such a sweet snack for an afternoon snack. Enjoy your tea! Let us remind you that last time we prepared an equally tasty and healthy dessert.

Candy babies: how to make healthy candies at home

All children love sweets, so parents' attempts to protect them from all sweets usually end in failure. Often in the most literal sense: somewhere at a party or at grandma’s, while the parents are distracted, a mouthful, fists and pockets of candy are filled, and when they notice, eyes full of tears. Sugar and chocolate are really unhealthy for children, but you can make delicious and healthy candies from nuts, fruits and dried fruits at home! And sweetness is a joy!

Option 1 – sugar-free nut candies

• 1 cup cashews

• 15-20 pitted dates

• natural vanilla extract, a piece of ground vanilla pod or a pinch of vanillin

• coconut flakes, ground nuts, cocoa powder or carob

Preparation:

Grind and blend cashews, dates and vanilla in a blender or food processor until the consistency of a thick, sticky dough is achieved.

Wet your hands with water and form the mixture into balls, roll in shavings, ground nuts or cocoa.

Candies can be stored in the refrigerator.

Option 2 – sugar-free dried fruit candies

- dried apricots, prunes, dates, walnuts - in arbitrary proportions, only 1.5 - 2 cups - honey - to taste

- ½ lemon with zest

— milk — 2 tablespoons — dark chocolate — 100 g

Preparation: Pass dried apricots, prunes, dates through a meat grinder along with lemon and honey, mix and let the mixture stand for a while in the refrigerator. Roll small balls from the resulting mass. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt with milk (in a water bath or over very low heat). Pour melted chocolate over the candies and cool in the refrigerator.

As an option for the little ones, instead of chocolate, roll the candies in ground nuts, carob powder or sesame seeds, in this case the candies will not contain cocoa and sugar.

For older children, you can add ground ginger to the candy mass - candies with lemon and ginger warm you up in cold weather and give you strength.

These candies will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.

Option 3 – banana and coconut candies

— Ripe aromatic banana

- Half a cup of lightly roasted ground almonds and walnuts. You can only have almonds.

— Fifty grams of coconut flakes

- Tablespoon of condensed milk (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the chopped nuts with banana and condensed milk in a blender, add half the coconut flakes, and cool in the refrigerator.

Roll the resulting mass into balls and roll in coconut flakes.

Banana candies oxidize relatively quickly, so they can be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than one or two days.

Bounty raw candies. “Bounty” at home

Wonderful Bounty candies, made from just a few ingredients, are now available to everyone at home!

Who doesn’t love “Bounty” as much as I love them? The blue lagoon, a coconut falling from the height of a palm tree and breaking as if in slow motion, and the slogan “Heavenly Delight” pleasantly touched me as a child... Today, raising two children, I am a scrupulous mother, weeding out products with a huge list of conditionally edible ingredients. And I embody my love for sweets and my family in homemade sweets, for example, in these. Go ahead - get creative!

Bounty composition:

Candies:

  • 120 g coconut flakes
  • 15 g cocoa butter (you can use coconut or butter)
  • 2 tbsp. l. liquid honey
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice or a pinch of vanilla (optional, for lovers)

Glaze:

  • plain chocolate bar

or

  • 30 g cocoa butter
  • 4 tsp. liquid honey
  • 50 g cocoa powder or carob (or 60 g cocoa mass)
  • 1 tbsp. l. milk powder (optional, for milk chocolate)

How to make Bounty at home - recipe with photo:

  1. First of all, we will prepare the “body” of the candy. For the filling, leave a third of the coconut flakes whole, grind the rest in a coffee grinder until it becomes flour. Add honey and cocoa butter melted in a water bath to the shavings. Mix thoroughly until crumbs are wet.

    Coconut flakes + honey + oil

  2. The second stage is modeling. With slightly damp hands, form a bounty of any shape - classic bars, flattened coins, cylinders. You can compact the mixture into silicone molds for candy or ice. Place the candies on a plate or board covered with a sheet of parchment (or foil, cling film). Place in the freezer until hardened (20-60 minutes).

  3. Preparing the glaze.
    Option 1: melt the chocolate in a water bath. I usually use homemade, but sometimes I buy fructose in the supermarket, in the diabetic section. You can also take a regular one.

    Option 2: melt cocoa butter in a water bath, add honey, mix well, add sifted cocoa powder (and milk powder if you prefer milk chocolate) and mix again. I recommend cooking the glaze itself in a water bath to prevent it from thickening early.

  4. Remove the candies from the freezer. Glaze - dip into glaze and remove with a fork and spoon, place on foil. On the cold surface of the blanks, the chocolate hardens instantly. Return the finished bounty to the freezer for 10-20 minutes.

Heavenly pleasure is guaranteed, bon appetit!

How to make banana lollipops:

1.Slice the bananas into medium-thick slices. Place the peanut butter Squeeze peanut butter onto a banana slice and place another banana slice on top. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of the connected slices and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the finished candies in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden a little.

2. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate sauce. Grind the chocolate in any way convenient for you (with a knife, blender or grater), I used a blender. Add coconut oil and place in a water bath. Remember, the bowl should not touch the water! Stir constantly and after 5-7 minutes the chocolate will completely melt. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3. Start dipping the frozen bananas, one at a time, into the chocolate sauce. Dip, place back on parchment and immediately sprinkle with peanuts . When finished, put the banana candies in the refrigerator for one hour, but you can try right away. Ready!

Vegetarian banana candies. Raw banana and coconut candies

Raw candies made from coconut flakes and banana turn out great! It’s not a sin to pamper yourself with such sugar-free sweets during your diet. Indeed, why deny the body the vitamins that the ingredients of these raw food truffles are rich in? Their composition is very simple and, I would even say, minimalist: - 1 banana, - 5 tsp. bitter cocoa, - 0.5 cups of coconut flakes.

How to cook at home

Grind the banana into several parts and place in a blender bowl. Add three teaspoons of bitter cocoa. The rest of the cocoa will be used for coating.

Puree the banana with cocoa using an immersion blender until the chocolate mass is homogeneous.

Now we need to thicken this chocolate mass with coconut flakes. Pour in gradually, knead the mass, focusing on thickness.

To thicken the mass, you can also put it in the refrigerator for one hour. During this time, the chips will swell and absorb moisture. The mass should not be very dense. It is enough that you can form candies from it.

Let's prepare the sprinkles. Pour coconut flakes into one bowl and cocoa into another. Alternatively, you can use ground unsalted pistachios, seeds, or any crushed nuts.

Make balls from the chocolate mass and roll them in sprinkles.

You can then shape the truffle into a cone shape. This is what the raw candy “Truffle” in cocoa looks like.

And just like that, truffle covered in coconut.

The healthy treat is ready. Keep the truffles in the refrigerator and serve with tea or coffee. You can also cook them.

Recipe ingredients:

Korzh

  • 2 packages of 30 gr. plain instant oatmeal (about 1 cup)
  • 1/3 tbsp. ground walnuts

Oat cream

  • 1.5 tbsp. heavy cream

  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced

Candies made from dried fruits and banana. Delicious and healthy candies for the Christmas tree

I will continue the theme of healthy and tasty sweets from Irina and Marina. Let's prepare some relatively healthy delicacies from dried fruits. This will take us no more than an hour (for each dessert), and the time for freezing and cooling is 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight.

I don't know how to cook...

"Fruit in chocolate"

Let's start with the Fruit in Chocolate dessert.

We will need

  • 15 pcs. large dates;
  • 15 pcs. dried apricots (I have “honey” - not very dry, but not wet either);
  • 15 pcs. pitted prunes;
  • 45 pcs. sweet almond kernels;
  • 180-200 g of dark chocolate containing at least 60% cocoa (to increase the health benefits, you can use stevia chocolate). Today I have “Babaevsky” with a cocoa content of 75%.

cooking

1. Wash dates, prunes and dried apricots thoroughly, fill with hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes. I got dried fruits that were too tender, this time 5 minutes was enough. We check the fruit for the presence of seeds. Place on paper towels to dry. 2. Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and peel the almonds. It so happened that I kept the almonds in hot water for half an hour, and the tonsils jumped out of the skin on their own!

3. Remove the pits from the dates. This can be done simply by cutting the date. Or remove the pit using a cocktail stick. Instead, add peeled almond kernels. We stuff dried apricots and prunes with almonds.

4. Break the chocolate into pieces and heat it in a water bath so that there are no lumps (you can do it in the microwave). 5. Dip our stuffed dried fruits into chocolate and place them on a sheet of parchment (foil or baking mat). This is where “skill, hardening, training” is needed, but I quickly got used to using tweezers and a teaspoon to dip fruits in chocolate. Cool in the freezer or refrigerator.

Dessert of chocolate, cottage cheese and banana

This dessert made from chocolate, banana and cottage cheese is very tender and tasty. It will appeal to both children and adults.

Required Products:

  • Cottage cheese – 0.15 kg;
  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • sugar -3 tbsp. l.;
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Mix cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar and butter. Peel the banana and remove the black tip.

Interesting to know! In ancient times, buttons were made from cottage cheese. When it was compressed for the winter period, it became very hard and plastic-like. Such buttons were widely used at that time.

In a separate saucepan, combine a tablespoon of sugar, cocoa powder and sour cream, stir well. Put on fire and melt, constantly stirring the mixture. Chocolate glaze is ready.

Place a banana on a plate. Coat it with a thick layer of curd mixture and pour chocolate on top.

You can decorate a dessert of chocolate, bananas and cottage cheese at your discretion, sprinkle with powdered sugar or nuts.

Homemade banana and nut candies

Good day, my dear readers!

I am very glad to meet you again and again!

Let us today get a special joy when tasting one of the Vedic sweets and make sweets from bananas and nuts at home . Why special? – you may ask. Because it is a natural sweetness containing complex sugars that are easily absorbed by our body and really bring pleasure and benefit, unlike simple sugars that bring a temporary feeling of joy, and then we want something “sweet” again.

And another huge plus. Natural sweets will not make you gain excess weight. As they say, we eat and stay slim, plus healthy, plus beautiful and young! And from those that factories and manufacturers use, the opposite happens.

I created a little trick for my daughter with banana candies. She doesn't like nuts other than cashews, but she loves bananas. And I didn't tell her the filling was nuts. You should have seen how she devoured them! And after I ate it, then I told her what they were made of. She was very surprised. In all other compositions, it always feels the taste and texture of any nuts, you can’t fool it. But here I don’t understand.

Thus, I found a way out of the situation. Now I know in what form to give nuts to my child for even more complete and balanced nutrition.

You can find another interesting recipe here, my readers.

Making sweets from bananas and nuts at home

Ingredients for 15 – 16 candies:

  • Bananas – 1 pc.
  • Any nuts (I used a mixture of cashews, almonds and hazelnuts) – 1 – 1.5 cups
  • Coconut flakes – 40 – 50g

My cooking method:

1. Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder or blender (we DO NOT roast them!)

2. Puree the banana in a blender

3. Mix the ingredients (if the mass is liquid, then add more crushed nuts)

4. From the dense mixture we form balls the size of Raffaello candies.

5. Roll in coconut flakes and put in the refrigerator for an hour or two

That's all! “Banana Joy” candies for children and adults are ready!

Good luck with your cooking! I look forward to your comments.
