Place 4 young zucchini on a small baking sheet across, for cooking you will need:
- 600-700 g of minced meat from a mixture of chicken and pork;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- 80 g boiled rice (4 tablespoons);
- 0.5 tsp. sweet paprika;
- a little dill, parsley or other favorite herbs;
- 150 g cheese.
