  • Pink salmon (steak) – 4 pcs.;
  • Lemon – ½ piece;
  • Dill, parsley;
  • Butter – 100 g;

First, transfer from the freezer to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, and only then finally defrost under normal conditions. 1. We will need fillet. Therefore, we wash the fish and remove the tail, head and entrails. We also separate the pulp from the bones. Cut the finished product into portions. Place immediately on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

2. Let's prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
