It is this vegetable that doctors recommend first when, after winter, there comes a period of vitamin deficiency, decreased attention and mood. Radish perfectly relieves fatigue and eliminates apathy. It also works as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent, helps fight radiculitis, heart attacks, strokes, headaches, and high blood pressure.
A radish salad with cucumber and egg can perfectly satisfy your hunger and also saturate the body with useful substances. You can dress this salad with anything. If you are preparing a dietary dish, then, of course, it will be a low-calorie sauce or low-fat sour cream, and if you are not watching your figure, then you can easily use the usual mayonnaise.

- 12-15 small radishes
- a bunch of parsley, green onions, dill to taste

1. Let's start with the “nail” of our topic today - radishes. We cut off the tops and tails, wash them thoroughly and chop them. I like to cut it into half or quarter slices.
2. Wash the cucumbers and wipe off excess moisture with a towel. If desired, they can be peeled. But if the harvest is my own, then I never do this. Cut into half-slices.
3. If you like a garlicky tint in your salad, you can add fresh chopped cloves of garlic or its herbs. It goes well with radishes in any composition, so I highly recommend it!
4. Green onions, dill, parsley - you can use one or a little of everything. You can use any greens that suit your taste. We wash it, shake off drops of moisture and chop it finely. Lettuce leaves can also be chopped, but traditionally they are torn by hand. Combine all ingredients in one bowl.

How to make radish salad with cucumber and egg, cherry tomatoes and corn kernels
First you need to prepare and chop the vegetables. All of them are washed under running water and dried thoroughly. Cut the radishes into circles, cut the cucumber into strips, and divide the cherry tomatoes into two halves. As usual, boil the egg until tender and cool.
While the quail eggs are cooking, make the marinade for the tomatoes and radishes. Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and water in a separate bowl. Place radish pieces and cherry tomato halves into this mixture. Let the vegetables marinate for fifteen minutes. When the marinating process is complete, remove the vegetables and place them on paper towels. No extra liquid is needed.
The recipe for salad with radish, cucumber and egg, cherry tomatoes and corn implies a multi-layer structure. First of all, place the pickled tomatoes and radishes on the very bottom of the plate. Sprinkle finely chopped Chinese cabbage leaves on top. The next layer will be basil greens and nuts ground in a mortar almost to flour. A little salt. And again in layers: tomatoes, cucumber strips, corn.
The final stage is halves of quail eggs. This will be both a decoration for the salad and, perhaps, the most satisfying ingredient in the dish. Sprinkle linseed oil on top and the salad is ready.

Cut the onion into slices, along with the white part (it is especially juicy).
Wash the radishes well, remove the tops and tails. There is no need to clean it. But if it is very bitter, it is better to remove the peel. Cut into circles or half-slices (depending on the diameter of the vegetable).
Place the eggs in a metal ladle or small saucepan. Fill with water until it completely covers them. Add half a tablespoon of salt and place on the stove. After the liquid boils, simmer over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Then the yolk will become hard.
Do not put raw eggs into already boiling water - the shell will immediately crack and the contents will come out.
Cool, peel and cut into cubes.

- chop 5 g of onion;

- Wash the radishes and, without removing the skin, cut into thin slices (large radishes can be cut in half before doing this).
- Cut the cucumbers lengthwise and chop thinly.
- Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized slices.
- Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil until golden brown over high heat so that it remains slightly crispy.
- Cut the olives into rings.
- Grind the cheese on a coarse grater. For this salad with tomatoes and radishes, flavorful Parmesan is best, although you can try any other hard cheese.
