Recipe:
- 200 - 250 gr. pasta;
- 400 ml. water;
- ½ tsp. salt;
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil for cooking;
- 250 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 medium white onion;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 220 ml. fresh milk;
- 350 ml. cream or sour cream;
- 250 - 300 gr. grated mozzarella cheese (add more if you really like cheese);
- Spinach leaves (washed and dried) - 1 bunch;
- 100 gr. parmesan cheese;
- Salt, pepper mixture;
- Oil for frying.
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and add vegetable oil. When it boils, add the feathers and cook until half cooked.
Drain the water and rinse.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings, finely chop the garlic.
Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and place the fillet there. Fry a little, then add onion and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
When the onion and chicken are browned, add the spinach. You can eat it whole if the leaves are not large. Stir-fry.
When the spinach becomes soft, add milk.
