The most important thing in this recipe is the sleeve. If you use foil, you will not get the tender and juicy taste of the meat. But you can experiment with the type and quantity of spices and vegetables.
In this version, designed for 800 g of turkey, the following is placed in the sleeve in layers:
- Finely chopped onion, 200 g.
- Peeled potatoes, in pieces, about 1 kg.
- Eggplants, 500 g, pre-baked on the grill or fried in oil until golden brown. If zucchini is used instead of eggplant, no pre-treatment is needed.
- Portioned pieces of fillet.
- Grated carrots - 200 g.
- Filling - sour cream.
Baked in the oven on a baking sheet, temperature 180-200°C, cooking time - up to 1 hour.
But here is the simplest turkey dish, loved by many: meat rubbed with spices and baked on a grill or baking sheet - it’s better not to cook. It is not dietary due to the crust on the surface, and the taste will not please you - it is too dry.

- Cut the green onions into rings and chop the nuts.
- Prepare a dressing from sour cream, cottage cheese, mustard, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- Mix beets and turkey meat in a bowl, add green onions and nuts.
- Toss the salad with sour cream dressing.
