  • rice flour – 60 gr.
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp.
  • SOM (skimmed milk powder) – 3 tbsp.
  • low fat milk – 3 tbsp.
  • sakh.zam – to taste

Step-by-step preparation with photos:

For the PP cake you will need fermented baked milk (or natural yogurt), eggs, dates and rice flour.

Combine fermented baked milk, dates, egg yolks and flour and beat with a blender.

Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. First add half of it into the dough.

Stir the mixture gently from bottom to top, add the remaining whites.

Spread the dough on parchment or silicone mat and bake at 170 degrees until done.

Break the cake into pieces and dry in the oven for 10-15 minutes at the lowest temperature.

Mix COM and cocoa. Dissolve sakhzam in milk and add to the dry mixture. You will get a thick chocolate cream.

Grind the cake pieces and combine with the cream. Make cakes from the resulting mass and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2-3 hours.

Serve the cakes without sprinkles, or roll in cocoa, poppy seeds, coconut, crushed nuts...

What you will need:

  • 350 grams of cookies;
  • A piece of butter for 120-150 grams;
  • 2 large spoons of cognac or liqueur;
  • Half a glass of granulated sugar;
  • 3-4 large spoons of cocoa powder.

How long should it cook - 3-4 hours.

How to cook:

  1. Pour milk into a small saucepan and place on the stove. Warm up;
  2. Then gradually add granulated sugar to the milk and stir until completely dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat;
  3. Immediately add the butter to the hot milk and stir until it is completely dissolved;
  4. The cookies need to be ground, you can use a rolling pin for this. Before crushing, the cookies need to be put into a bag and crushed with a rolling pin to the state of crumbs;
  5. If large pieces remain, they can be broken by hand;

  7. Next, pour in a couple of spoons of cognac or liqueur, stir everything;
  8. Pour the cream into the mixture and mix. The result should be a thick dough;
  9. After this, we make cakes in the form of balls from the finished dough;
  10. Place the balls on a flat dish;
  11. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Diet cream for cake

Potato cake made from cookies

You will need the following components:

  • Shortbread cookies – 700-800 grams;
  • A jar of condensed milk;
  • Butter – 150-180 grams;
  • An incomplete glass of nuts;
  • 3 large spoons of cocoa powder;
  • Vanillin - to taste;
  • Coconut shavings - for sprinkling;
  • Powdered sugar - for sprinkling.

Cooking time: 3 hours.

How to do:

How to prepare the “Diet cake” dish

  1. Prepare the base for the cake. To do this, dry the oatmeal and walnuts in the oven (temperature 180 degrees, time 15-20 minutes).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 40 grams of yogurt, mix.
  3. Line the cake pan with parchment paper, place the base of oatmeal and nuts on it, distribute evenly, pressing lightly with a spoon. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Bake in the oven until soft (about 30 minutes at 180 degrees). Mash the pumpkin into a puree.
  5. Grind the pumpkin with cottage cheese.
  6. Add yogurt, honey and stir.

  • low-fat cottage cheese – 200 gr.;
  • light yogurt – 100-130 g;
  • fresh or boiled milk - a glass (200 ml.);
  • food gelatin – 10 g;
  • honey – tablespoon (≈30 g);
  • vanilla sugar - to taste (a few pinches).
  • Additionally, you will need a little vegetable oil to lubricate the cling film.
  • Instead of honey, some kind of sweetener will be suitable as a sweetener for the curd soufflé, and a banana would be an excellent substitute for an apple (there’s less fuss with it - you just need to mash it into a puree).
  • Yield: 4 cakes.
  • Cooking time – 40 minutes + freezing time (1.5-2 hours).
