Low-calorie sweets at home. PP sweets: 5 recipes for dietary sweets

Such diet candies are the dream of any sweet tooth who watches his figure. In addition to the absence of extra calories, these sweets also do not contain flour, sugar, preservatives and other not very healthy additives, but there are natural ingredients that make them truly healthy. And preparing such homemade PP candies is very simple, without a stove and extra pans, you only need a blender.

Candies "Raffaello"

Ingredients: Almonds - 100 g. Nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) - 100 g. Banana - 2 pcs. Coconut flakes - 100 g.

Preparation: Grind walnuts, almonds and bananas in a blender. Roll small balls from the resulting mass (you can hide an almond in the middle) and dip each one in coconut flakes. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour and serve. They just melt in your mouth!

Dried fruit candies

Dried fruits themselves are a well-known delicacy, and even more so in the form of candies.

Let's try to cook.

  • Pour 150 g of dates, 100 g of raisins, 100 g of dried apricots and 20 g of homemade dried apples without peel in separate cups with cold water for 5 minutes. While the dried fruits are soaking, fry 60 g of sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and pour into a separate cup.
  • Wash dried fruits in cold water, then add warm water and leave for another 5 minutes. Fry 50 g of hazelnuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown and pour into a separate cup. Drain the water from the dried fruits and place them on a towel to dry (you need to remove the pits from the dates). Now all the ingredients are prepared, and you can proceed directly to making sweets.

1st type of candy:

  • Grind the dates in a blender, add toasted sunflower seeds to them and mix, and then form the resulting mass into candies in the form of small balls - almost dragees, but not multi-colored. To make it easier to roll the candies, we wet our hands with water. When the candies are all formed, roll them in 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds and put them in a tray.

2nd type of candy:

  • Pour dried apricots, seedless raisins and dried apples into a blender cup and grind with a blender. Add one teaspoon of honey to the resulting mass and mix thoroughly. Since this mass is much stickier than in the first type of candy, you have to form the candy using two teaspoons.
  • This is done like this: take a full spoon of the mixture, insert a hazelnut inside the mixture, and use another spoon to wall up the nut, giving the candy the shape of a ball. Roll the balls in sesame seeds (it should remain after the first type of candy), poppy seeds (2 tablespoons) and coconut flakes (4 tablespoons), i.e. we get three different types of candies. We put all the formed candies in the same tray in which the 1st type of candy is located.

In principle, the candies can already be eaten, but it will be better if you keep them in the freezer for 2-3 hours - then they will become even tastier. After freezing, the candies will not become hard because dried fruits do not contain water and will not freeze.

Homemade kozinaki with nuts

It turned out to be very difficult to find a recipe that would consist only of nuts with small additives. There are tons of recipes for PP sweets made from dried fruits and nuts, but there’s no one you need. There are similar recipes, but they were either not “purely” dietary (would you like, for example, the presence of a large portion of sugar, a can of condensed milk, a pack of butter, etc. in one recipe?), or in a large company of dried fruits.

And yet the search was crowned with success, although it’s not quite the same, but there’s no need to pick and choose, and it’s better to try.

Preparation:

  • Pour one glass of sugar into a microwave-safe container, pour in one tablespoon of water and half a teaspoon of sunflower oil, mix thoroughly until smooth. When the mixture is ready, put it in the microwave for 7 minutes. Pour one glass of almonds into the resulting liquid “caramel” (you can use any favorite nuts of your object of adoration: walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, or sunflower seeds), mix thoroughly and put it in the microwave again for just one minute.
  • We take the “semi-finished product” of kozinaki out of the microwave and pour it onto parchment paper. And now the most important thing! Give the kozinaki the shape that comes to your mind. It seems to me that this will not be a banal “flatbread” or a flat “ruler”, but the real “fiery heart of a confectioner in love.” Just serve the “heart” cool, otherwise the lady of your heart may burn her tongue and lips.

First form each part into a flat cake, put dried apricots stuffed with nuts in the center, then roll into a ball. Roll the candies in coconut flakes, place on a non-stick surface and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool and serve with tea, bon appetit!

Candies for PP "Raduga"

The main advantage of this dessert is that it is very filling. The taste is reminiscent of sponge cake, while the candies have a crunch.

You will need:

  • 3/4 cup butter, cut into cubes
  • a little brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup broken pretzel sticks or crackers
  • 3/4 cup M&M's.

In a large heavy saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Then you need to remove from heat and add vanilla. Spread the mixture evenly over the crackers and mix.

Then you can sprinkle with chocolate chips. After forming the candies, you should sprinkle them with peanuts, pretzels and M&Ms. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 1 hour or until completely set.
