- curd cheese - 200 grams;
- sweet large grapes - 600 grams;
- Maasdam cheese - 400 grams;
- blue cheese - 100 grams;

Cooking process:
- Preheat the oven to 200 oC.

- ready puff pastry - 300 grams;
- curd cheese - 200 grams;
- cream with a fat content of at least 33% - 250 ml;
- ripe mango - 1 pc.;
- sugar - 150 grams;
- favorite fruits and berries for decoration.
How to cook:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into squares and place in molds (it’s best to use silicone ones for muffins). Make frequent punctures in the dough with a fork, thanks to this measure the dough will swell minimally during baking.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, then cool completely.
- For the cream, peel the mango and grind it into a puree.

- cookies (ideally nut) - 200 grams;
- butter - 50 grams;
- curd cheese - 320 grams;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- flour - 15 grams;

The consumer reaction to Almette curd cheese is not encouraging with the variety of opinions. Reviews say that the pure creamy product is excellent in everything - it is added to rolls, appetizers, main courses and sweet pastries. However, the expanded flavor range, which includes fillings from mushrooms, tomatoes, pickles and herbs, is treated with greater caution, since their composition is not so good. In practice, everyone gets out of the situation in the following way: they simply buy cottage cheese and add products to it according to their taste.
Almette cream cheese recipe
Almette cheese is very easy to make at home; you only need two ingredients:
- Cottage cheese, approximately 250 grams. Be sure to choose tender cottage cheese.
- Butter – 100 grams.
- Salt to taste.
For flavoring additives, you can use anything: mushrooms, cucumbers, dill, pepper, etc. For example, in our case we will need:
- Celery – 1 piece;
- Half a cucumber;
- several sprigs (4 pieces) of dill.
The process of preparing Almette at home
Before you begin the cooking process, you need to remove the butter from the refrigerator. It should not be frozen; it is better when it has a soft consistency, this will make it possible to obtain a more homogeneous mass. The cottage cheese must be free of hard grains (as shown in the photo), tender and not sour.
- Add butter and cottage cheese to the container and grind with a blender.
- Add salt to taste and mix again. Almette curd cheese is ready.
- If you want to achieve a different taste, then in the third step of the above instructions, before chopping the butter and cottage cheese, you need to add additional products.
