Ingredients

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 30 ml bee honey;
  • 180 g cottage cheese;
  • 250 fresh carrots;
  • 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • 300 g rice flour;
  • 2 chicken eggs.

If desired, you can diversify your baked goods with sesame seeds.

Step-by-step cooking process

Making cottage cheese pastries is quite simple:

  1. Carrots need to be peeled and chopped on a fine grater.
  2. The grated root vegetable should be mixed with chicken eggs and cottage cheese. Add bee honey to the finished mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add rice flour to the carrot-curd mixture in portions.
  4. After kneading, the dough should be covered with a napkin and left for 1 hour.

From the finished dough you need to make gingerbread cookies and bake on parchment for 20 minutes at 180 g.
