No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

If you don’t want to spend a long time fiddling with the oven and baking cookies, you can prepare the dessert without it. It will turn out surprisingly aromatic and tasty - with a rich chocolate base. Products used: 130 g oatmeal, 60 g butter and the same amount of cocoa powder, 1/3 tsp. vanilla, 70 ml milk, 40 ml peanut butter, 1.5 tbsp. Sahara.

  1. Sugar, milk, cocoa and heavy butter are mixed into saucepans. The mixture is brought to a boil over medium heat. It is very important to stir it constantly.
  2. When the first bubbles appear on the surface of the mixture, you need to heat it for a couple more minutes and then remove from the heat.
  3. Now add peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Lastly, add oatmeal to the dough.
  5. After thoroughly kneading, you can place small balls on baking paper with a spoon and put them in the cold to harden.

You should try the treat no earlier than after 30-40 minutes.

With banana

This exotic fruit adds richness to the dessert.

Bananas should not be too overripe.

Interestingly, the composition does not include eggs, wheat flour or oil. Only: 1 banana, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1.5 tbsp. oatmeal, 2 tbsp. any nuts and dried fruits.
