The recipe for chicken salad with tomatoes contains exclusively dietary products, which is very important if you prefer to keep an eye on your beautiful figure and not needlessly overload yourself with difficult-to-digest and excessively high-calorie dishes.
An additional convenience when preparing this salad is that the tomatoes are either cut into small pieces or placed whole in the case of very tasty Cherry tomatoes.
Prepare a delicious salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese
The following products will be required:
- chicken fillet - 1 piece
- tomato - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- garlic arrows - 1 piece
- sour cream - 50g
- mayonnaise - 50g
Cooking:
1. First of all, we need to take the fillet, wash it and cook until done.
2. While the meat is cooking on the stove, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
3. Grate any hard cheese (it’s better not to use soft varieties). Chop the tomato into slices. Next, grate the garlic on a fine grater.
4. Chop the garlic arrows on a board (if you don’t have one on hand, you can do without it).
5. Now cut the finished and cooled breast into pieces and mix all the products in a bowl, adding mayonnaise and sour cream.
6. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Cool the finished dish in the refrigerator.

- 100 g hard cheese;

Preparation
Cut the chicken into strips. Grate the cucumber on a Korean carrot grater, and grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Place chicken breast on a plate and lightly brush with mayonnaise. Place carrots on top, then cucumber and lightly salt. Add some mayonnaise again and sprinkle with cheese. Leave in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving.

- Small tomato – 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Egg - 3 pcs
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise
- Sunflower oil - one tbsp. l.
- Greenery
Recipe:
1. First, let the chicken cook. Start cooking immediately in cold water, without preheating over low heat.
2. Heat up the frying pan, beat the eggs and fry in sunflower oil. When ready, after cooling, cut the egg pancake into strips.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
4. After the meat has cooked and cooled, cut it into small pieces.
5. Chop the greens and onions separately on a board. Grate the cheese
6. Place the prepared ingredients in layers. Each layer should be greased with mayonnaise. First of all, tomatoes, then onions, meat, eggs, cheese.
7. Use chopped greens to garnish the finished salad with chicken breast, tomatoes and eggs.
