Lavash rolls for losing weight with chicken and tomatoes
Fans of the meat menu will appreciate this version of their favorite snack. Instead of lean breast meat, you can use lean turkey as the main ingredient.
Ingredients
- Armenian lavash – 2 small sheets;
- Boiled chicken (breast) – 300 g;
- Low-fat sour cream (or yogurt) – 50 ml;
- Lettuce leaves – 8-10 pcs.;
- Medium juicy tomato – 3 pcs.;
- Salt - to taste.
Preparing a dietary snack of pita bread with chicken
- Add sour cream and cover one sheet of lavash with it. Place slices of chicken breast on top (the meat can be chopped into cubes or divided into fibers).
- The next layer is salad. We cover the meat with it so that it completely fills the area of the pita bread.
- Place thin slices of tomato on top. We cover all this on top with the second pita bread, grease it with the rest of the sour cream and form a roll. Place the “sausage” wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and then take it out and cut it into portioned rolls.
- We put them on a flat dish, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs - you can serve the appetizer to the table!
By combining ingredients wisely and tastefully, you can prepare appetizing, low-calorie dishes. The recipes for homemade dietary lavash offered in this selection will help make your “weight loss” menu more varied and tasty.
A more refined version of your favorite holiday snack is slices of red fish rich in omega acids with the thinnest slices of cucumber or lettuce leaves. It's tasty, healthy, and most importantly - completely safe for your figure!
PP lavash roll – Lenten recipe with photo with beans
As I already wrote above, I have one large sheet of pita bread, but you can take 2 smaller ones (100-120 grams each). I spread the beans with tomato sauce over the entire surface.
I laid out the stewed cabbage. It is best if it is at room temperature or at a pleasantly warm temperature, but not cold or hot.
Rinse the green onions with cool running water. Dry it with a towel. Finely chopped. I sprinkled it over the filling. Grind a mixture of peppers on top. If necessary, add a little salt (I did without it, since my cabbage and beans were moderately salty).
I rolled it up as tightly as possible.
You can wrap it in cling film and leave it to soak for half an hour, or you can eat it right away. And store in the refrigerator. I cut it into pieces, not very narrow - about 3.5 cm wide. Sprinkled with fresh dill. Mmm... I really liked it!
Cook with pleasure! Be healthy and beautiful!
