Sometimes you need to quickly and tasty feed your family. I want to offer a simple and quick recipe for cooking chicken breast in a spicy cheese sauce. You can serve this breast with any side dish - it’s very tasty with boiled rice or pasta. It will take a minimum of time to prepare this dish; in general, while the side dish is being prepared, we will prepare a delicious breast. Try cooking chicken fillet in cheese sauce, and I’m sure you’ll adopt this recipe.

First, rinse the breast under running water and dry with a paper towel. Then cut it into long bars.

Wash and dry the parsley. Finely chop and place in a deep bowl. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and add to the parsley.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add cheese and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the parsley in a bowl. Mix everything.

Pour the remaining oil into a high-sided frying pan. Heat the pan well and place the fillet pieces in one layer. Fry the fillet for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Then turn over and fry on the other side.

Then reduce the heat, add sour cream to the meat and mix well. Next add cheese with herbs and garlic. Add salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Then remove the pan from the heat and serve the chicken fillet in the cheese sauce with a side dish.

I boiled assorted rice and served it with breast meat, generously topped with a spicy cheese sauce.
