Casserole is a very simple and homemade dish that won’t take you much time to prepare. This casserole is perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. All we need are vegetables, cheese, milk, eggs, a little cream and flour, and of course spices and herbs. The cheese can be any hardness you like, and the broccoli can be replaced with other vegetables, such as cauliflower or zucchini. Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables, a real storehouse of vitamins and minerals, so this dish will not only be tasty, but also very healthy!

Ingredients:

1. First, blanch the broccoli, throw the prepared inflorescences into boiling salted water, boil for 5 minutes, drain the water and put the broccoli in ice water so that it does not lose its beautiful green color, drain the water, let all the water drain.

2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. And let's do the test. Beat the eggs with a whisk.

We separate both types of cabbage into inflorescences. Take two saucepans, pour 1 liter of water into each and add 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Place cauliflower in one pan and broccoli in another. Boil the first for 10 minutes, the second for five. Then drain the cabbage in a colander and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the sauce: dry the flour in a dry frying pan. Then add butter, melt it and mix with flour. Pour in the cream in a thin stream, stirring vigorously. Add salt and pepper to taste.
