A nuance: if you like a softer version of pasta, then add the oil before boiling; it is poured in almost simultaneously with the pasta itself.
- The degree of cooking sometimes depends on whether the pasta remains in the water after cooking, or whether the water is drained completely, without any residue.
- If it is expected that the pasta will be stewed with sauce in the future, it is better to reduce the usual cooking time by just a couple of minutes.
- You can add seasonings to the pasta. But first it is better to drain the water. Then pour the seasoning into the hot pasta, stir, close the lid and leave for a few minutes for the spices to open up.

- Chop the mushrooms and onions. Fry until excess liquid evaporates.
- Fry thin slabs of bacon in oil.
- Put the cream on the fire and add the mushrooms and onions (sometimes I like to chop the onions and mushrooms in a blender first, and then add them to the cream, so the taste and consistency becomes slightly different). Add spices and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
The sauce is ready. All that remains is to form the dish: put bacon on the pasta. Pour sauce on top. As you can see, it’s simple, but very tasty!
Shrimp with cheese
I myself love shrimp with cheese. In my opinion, he is brilliant and very gentle. It's impossible not to fall in love with him.
For it you will need:
- Shrimp – 250-300 gr;
- Processed cheese – 1 pack (or 90-100 g);
- Homemade sour cream (or cream) – 200 ml;
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves;
- Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp;
- Salt, dill, pepper.
- Lightly fry the garlic clove halves in oil. The main thing is to saturate the oil with garlic aroma. Then we take out the garlic.
- Fry the shrimp in this oil for a couple of minutes.
- Add cream and heat it up.
- Cut the cheese. Place it on the frying pan. Let's turn down the fire. The cheese should completely dissolve in the hot cream.
- Add spices and herbs. Mix.
And here, on this path, we have a fork; we can move in two ways:
- When the sauce is ready, pour it over the pasta.
- Pour the sauce into the prepared pasta and simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat. If the dish turns out too thick, add pasta water.
