COOKING

Cut the chilled chicken fillet into small cubes, add the egg, salt, pepper and blend with a blender to a paste.

Line the pan with parchment or foil and lay out the dough. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take our dough out of the oven, brush the base with sauce, add the filling (the filling can be any vegetables) and sprinkle with finely grated cheese.

Place in the oven for another 15 minutes.

CHURD PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 50 g low-fat cheese
  • 2 egg whites (or 1 egg)
  • Champignon

COOKING

Grate the cauliflower on a coarse grater and microwave for 7-8 minutes. Let it cool a little.

Products:

  • Cottage cheese: 250 grams (pack)
  • Chicken eggs: 1 large or 2 small
  • Wheat flour: 3-3.5 cups (about 550 grams)
  • Yeast: 25 grams fresh or 7 grams dry
  • Warm milk or water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons (approximately 68 g)
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp (25 g)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (10 g)
  • Softened butter (for greasing the pan): 10 grams

Instructions:

  • Mix yeast with sugar and dissolve in a glass of warm water or milk
  • Leave for 15 minutes
  • Separately mix fat cottage cheese, chicken egg, salt and sunflower oil
  • Pour the yeast mixture into the egg-curd mixture
  • Gradually add flour to the mixture
  • Knead soft dough
  • Roll the dough into a ball and place in a large bowl.
  • Leave for an hour in a warm place to ferment.
  • After an hour, knead the dough and let it rise a second time.
  • Roll out the finished dough and place it in a mold previously greased with butter.

Quick yeast pizza dough (thin, tasty)

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese (I use homemade one)
  • 150 - 200 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml. refined vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp soda

Preparation:

I bought cottage cheese at the market, it’s homemade, but not fatty. It is dry, I took it for baking a cake, I bought a little more to make pizza.

But you can buy a pack of cottage cheese in the store. Take 5%, or 9%.

To prepare the dough you need to take a deep bowl. I added cottage cheese to the bowl; I do not grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Let the grains come across, it’s even more interesting. If you have time and desire, you can rub it through a fine sieve.

I salt the cottage cheese. I added half a teaspoon of salt. I add vegetable oil.

I beat in one egg. It doesn’t matter which one, store-bought or homemade.

Mix cottage cheese, egg, vegetable oil well. For these purposes, I took a fork, it’s more convenient for me. You can stir with a spoon if you feel comfortable.

Next, I added baking soda and stirred.

Now I gradually add flour. And here attention. I wrote 150 - 200 grams. If the cottage cheese is wet, then more flour will be used, if it is dry, then less. I buy dry cottage cheese, it takes me less than 200 grams of flour.

If you add 200 grams of flour to dry cottage cheese, the dough will be hard, but we need soft dough. It took me 170 grams.

I add in portions, watch, mix, if necessary, add more.

When the dough is no longer kneaded into the bowl, I knead it on the table, but not for long; if you knead for a long time, the dough will be somewhat harsh.

Place the dough in a small bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, you can prepare the pizza filling. This is a universal dough, suitable for pizza with meat, seafood, sausages, sausages. Sauce and hard cheese, a standard set of products. Using this dough you can make vegetable pizza.
