What can I add?

Instead of milk, add kefir or water to the pancake dough. Regular sugar can be replaced with brown sugar. Instead of baking powder, use soda slaked with vinegar or lemon juice.   3. Afterwards you need to peel the banana, cut it into small cubes and add it to the dough. Pour oil into the frying pan, heat it up, wet your hands in water, form pancakes and place in the frying pan. They need to be fried for 3 minutes. on each side until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • one banana;
  • 100 grams of flour;
  • 250 ml water;

Cooking process:

  1. Pour boiling water (about half a glass) over oatmeal and leave for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of oatmeal;
  • 50 grams of raisins;
  • 20 grams of candied fruits;
  • two eggs;
  • two bananas;
  • water;
  • olive oil.
