Zucchini waffles are simple, quick and delicious! You can prepare both a sweet and a snack version. If you want to know how I cook them, come quickly!
How to make Zucchini Waffles
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Grate the zucchini and cheese on a coarse grater. The volume ratio is important here - the zucchini is twice as much as the cheese.
Place the grated ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. You can use a little more oil, the waffles will be crispier, but also fattier. Stir with a fork until smooth.
Add flour sifted with baking powder. Stir.
There is no need to achieve complete smoothness.
Preheat the waffle iron and spoon out the batter in small portions. Remove the finished waffles to a wire rack.
Serve waffles hot or cold with toppings of your choice.
Zucchini waffles
Ingredients: zucchini - 1 medium or 2 small, egg - 2 pcs., sour cream - 2-3 tbsp., salt/pepper/spices - to taste, clove of garlic, 5-6 tbsp. flour, cheese - 30 gr.
Preparation: Mix eggs with sour cream. Peel the zucchini, grate it on a fine grater, and squeeze out the excess juice. Also grate the garlic on a fine grater. Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth and fry in a waffle iron.
