- Carrots – 1 piece

- Wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Egg – 1 piece

How to cook “Pie with stewed cabbage”
Peel the onions and carrots. Then grate the carrots on a grater (medium or large), and cut the onion into small cubes.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the prepared onions and carrots. Fry for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage. Let's salt it and remember it, let the cabbage release its juice.
Place the cabbage in a frying pan with fried onions and carrots, sprinkle with pepper and stir. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until almost done. If the cabbage has given a lot of juice, you can simmer without a lid, let the excess liquid evaporate.

Mix everything thoroughly again and pour it into a container with the remaining flour, mix first with a wide spatula or spoon, and then knead it manually. For filling. - cabbage - 300 g, - butter - 30 g, - milk - 1 tbsp., - salt, pepper.
Preparation:
