Recipe for dietary cottage cheese pancakes with raisins

To prepare delicious dietary cheesecakes in the oven, you will need egg yolks. First, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with honey, beat and add oatmeal. Leave the mixture for about 5 minutes.

Add low-fat cottage cheese to the mixture, mix with a spoon. You can also use a potato masher to bring the mixture to a more uniform consistency.

Add the washed raisins to the curd mixture. In the oven, the raisins will increase in size and become juicier. Choose light raisins for the recipe, they are sweeter than dark ones. A pinch of vanilla will improve the aroma of the dish, giving it a delicate trail and a lasting aroma. And if you add another pinch of soda, the diet cheesecakes with raisins will turn out more fluffy and airy.

Mix the mixture well, and if it comes out a little runny, you can add a little more flakes. Wheat flour can also be added, but in this case the cheesecakes are dietary, so it should not be included.

Line the pan with parchment and lightly grease with olive oil. Using wet hands, form approximately 8-9 large cheesecakes from the curd mixture. Place them in the mold so that they are “free”.

Bake at 220C for about 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. No need to turn over.

Serving: hot, can be supplemented with low-fat yogurt, fresh berries or fruits. Green or black tea is suitable for drinks. And if this is breakfast, then a cup of delicious invigorating coffee will not be superfluous.

Cheese pancakes with oat flakes without flour

This recipe is extremely healthy, as oatmeal is rich in fiber and a lot of useful substances.

For the recipe we take:

  • four spoons of semolina
  • four spoons of oatmeal
  • two packs of cottage cheese (400 g)
  • two eggs
  • vanillin packet
  • a handful of raisins or dried apricots
  • vegetable oil for frying

The cottage cheese is rubbed through a sieve and mixed in a bowl with salt, eggs, sugar and vanilla. After thoroughly mixing the mass, you need to add ground oatmeal, semolina, washed raisins or dried apricots. Mix everything again and form round cakes. Each cheesecake must be rolled in flour and fried in hot oil.

Preparation

The cottage cheese must be thoroughly mashed with a fork to remove lumps and make it more elastic. Granular cottage cheese of medium fat content is ideal for cheesecakes. If you like cheesecakes with a uniform consistency, you can grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat it in a blender.

Add the egg and sugar to the cottage cheese, mix everything.

Add all other ingredients and add salt to taste. We recommend using thin, small semolina; it is also better to use small and quick-cooking oatmeal. Leave the mixture to swell the semolina and oatmeal for two hours, so the cheesecakes will become more tender.

Form the cakes and place them on a hot and oiled frying pan.

Turn over when one side is browned, cover with a lid and reduce heat. Steam them in this manner for approximately 10 minutes. During this time they will become soft and juicy.

Cheesecakes with semolina and oatmeal, topped with jam, jam or condensed milk, will be an excellent breakfast for both children and adults.

step by step recipe with photos

Cheesecakes with oatmeal are a wonderful hot breakfast option for the whole family. Thanks to the addition of oats (easy to prepare in a blender from cereal), they are more filling, healthy and easily digestible. But the basis of the dough in the presented recipe is still semolina, without which the cheesecakes will not retain their shape.

The consistency and quality of the cottage cheese are decisive: the volume of ingredients added depends on them. For breading, it is better to use conventionally ground wheat flour, as oat grains can burn in the pan.

Appetizing cheesecakes can be decorated with whole jam berries.
