Namely: in the 19th century, at a plant where vinegar was made, Kurt Mast (one of the factory workers) was very keen on mixing various medicinal herbs. The young man had a sore stomach. This prompted him to experiment for a long time with all sorts of herbs and create a drink, after drinking which he could eat fatty meat without fear for his health.
