Stuffed chicken legs with mushrooms

Do you want to delight your guests? Make this recipe for stuffed boneless chicken legs. And serve crumbly buckwheat as a side dish.

We will need:

  • 200 g of any mushrooms
  • 2 legs
  • 2 onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt pepper
  • spices and seasonings
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 cup buckwheat for garnish

Remove the skin from the legs with a stocking, being careful not to damage the skin. Use a knife to cut off the exposed bone. Separate the meat (it will go into the filling) and chop into small pieces.

All ingredients for stuffing are ready: the onion is chopped into cubes, the boiled wild mushrooms are defrosted and squeezed. We also boil buckwheat for garnish.

Fry the crushed garlic cloves in a small amount of oil. The result is aromatic garlic oil. We don’t throw away the fried slices; they can be added to another dish or eaten with a slice of bread.

Place one at a time and fry the onions, mushrooms and meat.

This is such a very satisfying filling. For density, I also added a little boiled buckwheat (optional).

We start “chicken stockings”. We fasten the side walls with toothpicks, and simply bend the top edge.

To prevent the skin from bursting during baking, do not stuff too much minced meat.

Carefully so that the minced meat does not spill out, coat it with marinade on all sides.

Bake in a glass dish, along with a side dish. 10-15 minutes. Temperature 190 degrees, time 15-20 minutes.
