How to cook:
- We need to wash the greens well and dry them thoroughly. The more of it there is in the filling, the brighter the dish will turn out. You can use not only parsley and basil, but any greens that you have on hand.
- The prepared greens need to be finely chopped, sprinkled with salt, and mixed - this way they will release juice and fully reveal their taste and aroma.

Step by step recipe:
- Finely chop the greens, peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Mix vegetables with cottage cheese, add milk. If you like, you can add a little garlic.
- Move the eggs with a fork, pour into the curd mass, add salt, pepper petals, sesame seeds.
- Place a sheet of unleavened dough on foil, lay out the filling, and roll it up. And wrap it in foil.
