Lavash envelopes with different fillings are an excellent solution for a quick dinner. They are prepared easily and quickly, even a teenager can handle it. I have prepared a detailed recipe with photos for you today.

Required Products:

- thin lavash - 2 pcs., - cottage cheese - 350-400 gr., - chicken egg - 1 pc., - ham - 4-6 slices, - hard cheese - 80-100 gr., - mayonnaise - 3-5 tbsp, - green onions - a bunch, - dill - a bunch, - salt - to taste.

How to cook with photos step by step

1. To cook, you need square blanks. Therefore, cut each pita bread into 8 identical squares. 2. For the curd filling, mix the cottage cheese and chicken egg in a bowl. Add salt to your taste and mix thoroughly. 3. Place a spoonful of curd filling in the center of a square piece of lavash. 4. Connect the opposite corners, fastening them together (you can dip them a little in the filling). 5. Do the same with the rest of the corners. The result should be an “envelope”. Do the same with the rest of the blanks. 6. For piquancy and aroma, you can add chopped dill and finely chopped green onions to the curd filling. Mix everything well. 7. Assembling the lavash envelope in this case is identical to the previous one: place a spoonful of curd filling with herbs in the center of the square. 8. And also assemble the workpiece with an “envelope”. 9. Another filling option for lavash envelopes is ham and cheese. For this type, grease the central part of the square with a small amount of mayonnaise. 10. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Its quantity depends on your preferences. 11. Place a slice of ham on top. Its diameter should not exceed 10 cm. Otherwise, it will be difficult to “assemble” the envelope. 12. Cover the ham with a layer of grated cheese. 13. Assemble with an envelope: connect the opposite corners together, securing with a drop of mayonnaise. 14. Fry lavash envelopes with different fillings on both sides in a small amount of oil. To prevent them from “falling apart” during cooking, initially place the envelopes with the seam down. This way they will be secured and will remain sealed in the future. 15. In addition to lavash envelopes, you can make “cigars” with curd filling. Place a little filling on the edge of the oblong piece and fold the edges inward. 16. Roll everything up. Fry in the same way as. 17. Serve lavash envelopes with different fillings hot. Once they cool, they won't be as crispy. Bon appetit!

Lavash envelopes are a convenient and tasty snack. Lavash envelopes can be made with different fillings; see the recipe with photos below, taking into account taste preferences and the availability of ingredients in the refrigerator. But the principle of preparing such envelopes is the same. We will tell you in detail about how to prepare lavash envelopes and introduce you to different filling options for them. I also often cook this one.

Ingredients:

- a sheet of lavash; - mayonnaise; - filling. - cottage cheese with dried fruits.

Step-by-step recipe with photos:

The most important thing we need to prepare lavash envelopes is the lavash itself. It should be thin pita bread, and of any shape - round, oval, rectangular. Even small pieces of pita bread that remain after preparing pita rolls will do. For example, you bought an oval pita bread and cut a rectangle out of it for a roll. In this case, you are left with edges - semicircles. So, even they are suitable for envelopes - after all, they can be folded the way we need.

If your filling does not contain mayonnaise, then it is best to grease the envelopes with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Ideally, it should be homemade mayonnaise.

The simplest filling for lavash envelopes is cheese and herbs. In this case, you don’t even have to grate the cheese, but just put it in thin slices. Between these plates of cheese, do not forget to place herbs - parsley, dill, green onions, celery, basil, etc.

Now wrap the pita bread in an envelope. The concept itself - an envelope - in this case is very conditional. We need the filling to be wrapped on all sides, and the pita bread itself to have a flat square or rectangular shape.

The process of preparing lavash envelopes assumes that they will be heated. Here are the possible options. You can heat the envelopes on the grill - this is an excellent addition to kebabs. You can - in a frying pan, this is a simpler and more convenient way. In this case, you can heat the envelopes in a frying pan with a small amount of oil, or you can heat them dry. I like the second option better. In any case, the cooking method is similar: place the envelopes in a well-heated frying pan (with or without oil) and fry on both sides until golden.

We get delicious hot lavash envelopes in which the cheese has melted.

As you understand, there can be many options for filling. For example, for my husband, I usually cook them with grated cheese, diced tomato and chopped sausage.

I wrap it the same way, put it in the frying pan, and it’s done.

And for the child I make this option - grated cheese and quail egg. I wrap it in an envelope and send it to the frying pan. It turns out very tasty: the white sets, but the yolk remains liquid. For seafood lovers, I offer a recipe.

Here are a few more options for fillings for lavash: - grated cheese, ham; — grated cheese, fried mushrooms; - tomatoes, boiled chicken fillet; — tomatoes, cheese, smoked chicken fillet; - cheese, lightly salted red fish; - mozzarella, salami; - boiled potatoes, boiled pork. By the way, the filling can be sweet: - apples and bananas; - jam; - jam; - cottage cheese with dried fruits. As you understand, there is room to expand and show your imagination.

Lavash envelopes are a dish similar to stuffed pies. But they are prepared much faster and easier, because you don’t need to make the dough and bake it in the oven. The appetizer can be made with different fillings and served with tea or for lunch as a main course.

A little history

We owe the appearance of lavash to the peoples of the Middle East and the Caucasus. In their diet, this product replaces white bread, common in Russia. The process of preparing it here looks like a whole ritual. Lavash is baked in a special stone tandoor oven. The dough should be rolled out by the oldest woman living in the house. Then the finished product is taken out and hung to cool, after which the finished cakes are folded into a neat pile and taken out into the air to dry. This technology allows you to increase shelf life. There are two types (more caloric, because yeast is used in the cooking process) and Armenian.

Benefits and harms

Nutritionists say that lavash cakes are much healthier than regular bread. After all, the dough that is used to prepare them contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients. Besides? This product quickly satisfies hunger and gives you a feeling of fullness for a long time. After eating it, you will not feel the need to eat for a long time, which cannot be said about sandwiches with regular bread. All these are undoubted advantages of this product, but it also has its disadvantages. Eating too much pita bread can add extra pounds to your figure. Therefore, it is very important to know when to stop.

Lavash envelopes with sausage

This amazingly delicious appetizer will be an excellent decoration for the holiday table. It is prepared very quickly and simply, and besides? does not require large financial outlays. To prepare lavash envelopes with sausage, you need the following ingredients:

  • Lavash - 2 sheets. If you want to reduce the calorie content of the snack, use Armenian.
  • Sausage - 200 gr. It’s better to take “Doctorskaya”, the appetizer will be tastier with it, although lovers of raw smoked can use it too.
  • Cheese - 200 gr. Take hard varieties; processed cheese is not suitable.
  • Mayonnaise, ketchup - to taste.

Sequencing:

  1. Let's start by preparing the filling. To do this, cut the sausage into strips, you can grate it on a coarse grater.
  2. We also finely chop the cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients, mix well. Add a little salt to taste.
  4. Then we take a sheet of pita bread and grease it with a sauce made from a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Some housewives use cheese sauce; with it, the appetizer also turns out incomparable.
  5. Next, spread the filling on a sheet of lavash and roll it into an envelope in the shape of a triangle or rectangle.
  6. Then fry in a preheated frying pan for 3 minutes on each side, until a crispy golden crust appears.
  7. Then you can blot the finished snack with a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Serve hot or chilled. You can sprinkle lavash envelopes with sausage on top with herbs, and then listen to compliments on your culinary abilities!

Lavash rolls with cottage cheese, feta cheese and herbs

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, salty and fragrant with greens, lavash tubes with curd and cheese filling are a simple and tasty breakfast that you can also involve children in preparing.

Moreover, since all the ingredients can be safely tasted - fortunately, they are initially completely ready for use, the child himself, during the cooking process, can check and adjust the filling for salt, taste and proportions of ingredients.

At the same time, such straws can be a good snack for beer, so it is not at all necessary to consider that this is exclusively a children's dish, far from it.

For filled lavash tubes you will need:

  • Thin (Armenian) lavash. 1 sheet.
  • Cottage cheese. 200 gr.
  • Brynza or cheese. 150-200 gr.
  • Garlic. 1 clove.
  • Dill.
  • Parsley.
  • Green onions.
  • Any other greens to taste. Here are beet leaves.
  • Freshly ground black pepper. Taste.
  • Salt. If necessary.
  • Butter for frying.

We prepare lavash rolls with curd and cheese filling.

For this dish, it is better to take lightly salted cheese. If the cheese is completely salty, then you can soak it in water or milk - put it in an enamel, glass or ceramic bowl in one piece and pour slightly warm boiled water or milk for several hours.

Finely chop the dill and parsley.

Chop the green onions.

If you want to add any other green ingredients, chop them finely enough.

I like to add beet leaves to such fillings, in this case without the stems, as opposed to preparing the same borscht with tops , where the stems can also be used.

Beet tops will add a light taste to the filling, which is very appropriate in this dish.

Finely chop the garlic. In this case, it is better not to use a garlic press, as it will add excessive bitterness from crushed garlic.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Instead of feta cheese, you can safely use cheese, such as Suluguni or Adyghe. Although feta cheese is still preferable, since the filling with it turns out to be lighter than with cheese, which, when melted, will bind the cottage cheese and at the same time the melted cheese can begin to flow out of the ends of the tubes.

As an alternative, then, you can roll the lavash into an envelope, and you can also experiment endlessly with the fillings for lavash envelopes . Yoka , again, is a great breakfast dish.

And if there is no feta cheese or regular cheese, but there is feta, then you can make lavash rolls with feta and herbs , but in this case frying is not required.

Place cottage cheese, feta cheese, chopped herbs and garlic in a suitable bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

Next, knead the filling so that all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume. It is most convenient to stir with a fork. This is best done by adults, since the filling is quite dense and the child may not have enough strength to knead the cottage cheese and stir the filling.

But the child can taste the stirred filling and, according to his taste, add the missing ingredients, for example, salt or add herbs, or, conversely, if the filling is too salty, then add cottage cheese.

There's just a little bit left to do.

Cut a sheet of pita bread into squares the size of a CD box. It is convenient to cut with scissors - it turns out quickly and accurately.

Then the child takes the process of making lavash tubes into his own hands and begins to create.

Place a strip of filling about 2-2.5 cm thick on the edge of the sheet.

The filling does not reach the side edges by about 1 cm. We shape the filling so that it is the same in thickness and height. The filling is dense and holds its shape well.

Next, wrap the filling in pita bread in the form of a tube. In order for the lavash to hold its shape well and the filling not to break through the sheet during cooking, the outer layer of lavash should be at least double, so there is no need to get too carried away with the amount of filling.

So we prepare all the tubes that will have enough filling or pita bread.

From this amount of ingredients, my daughter and I got 11 straws.

Heat the butter in a wide frying pan until it begins to boil. We set the heat to medium, even slightly below medium, so that the pita bread does not burn, but simply fry calmly, warming the filling inside.

Then place the prepared tubes in the frying pan, seam side down, so that the pita bread fries in this place, becomes crispy and thereby fixes its shape. Accordingly, the tubes will not begin to unfold on their own.

Fry the lavash tubes for 2-4 minutes, depending on the stove, on all sides.

As soon as the tubes are fried, put them out of the frying pan onto a dish and serve.

This dish works well both hot and cold, so for the same party, when filled pita rolls will be used as an appetizer, they can be prepared in advance.

In such recipes, you can completely do without baking and frying by filling a pita roll or envelope, for example, with salted curd mass with herbs, cheese, finely chopped boiled eggs with mayonnaise or some other filling that does not require cooking. All cottage cheese-based fillings proposed in the recipes can be safely reformatted by changing or adding any other ingredients, because the fresh taste of lavash allows you to realize any gastronomic fantasies - the fillings can be snack or sweet.

In addition, it is worth taking advantage of a huge assortment of other fillings; for example, you can prepare a magnificent lavash roll with red fish. I also recommend trying to make lavash sandwiches and lavash pie.

Another win-win option is lavash pizza.

By the way, this kind of “Armenian lavash”, used in all these recipes, does not necessarily have to be purchased, you can successfully prepare it yourself - it’s not at all difficult, and it will turn out much tastier than store-bought.

Cooking methods

The first question that usually interests housewives is how to fold envelopes from lavash? There are two ways: make it in the shape of a triangle or a rectangle.

  • The second form is easier to make, so it is more common among cooks. In order to make a rectangle, you need to put the filling in the middle of the pita bread and fold all the edges.
  • A triangular envelope is made as follows. First, cut the pita bread into wide strips. Then we place the finished filling on the edge, filling the triangular area. Fold the strip to the end. Lavash triangles with filling are ready.

Experiment, fantasize with fillings, combine them together and delight your family and guests with incomparably delicious snacks!

For picnics, breakfasts or a quick snack on the go, the housewife should always have recipes in her cookbook for light but tasty dishes that are convenient to take with her. Lavash envelopes with different fillings - hot and cold, sweet and spicy - something you can’t do without. They are prepared in a matter of minutes, eaten even faster, and if properly prepared they will even fit into a holiday menu. What to make them with?

Dishes of Georgian cuisine are not only tasty, but also incredibly satisfying, but as a bonus they come with high fat content and calorie content. A person who cares about their health and figure often cannot eat like this, so they have to look for an alternative to their favorite dishes. Lavash envelopes with cheese are a worthy replacement for khachapuri, which can be prepared for breakfast or served as a snack at a picnic. The only thing is that the pita bread should be the freshest, and the cheese should be selected from soft varieties. Caucasian Suluguni is ideal, but you can use Mozzarella, Brynza or even semi-hard versions like Russian.

Compound:

  • lavash – 4 pcs.;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • butter – 10 g;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • salt;
  • garlic clove (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Take 2 yolks from the eggs, beat them with melted butter.
  2. Add milk, add salt and whisk again - the resulting consistency will resemble an omelette base, only a little more liquid.
  3. Grate the cheese coarsely (!), mix with the only remaining whole egg and mix very well, trying to avoid lumps of cheese.
  4. If you plan to use a garlic clove for piquancy, grate it or, after chopping it, pass it through a special press. Mix it in with the cheese.
  5. Cut each pita bread in half. On an area occupying 1/3 of the area, you need to place the cheese filling. Try to leave about 3 cm to the edge everywhere (except for the side adjacent to the empty 2/3).
  6. Using a brush, brush clean areas with the yolk-milk mixture and roll the pita bread into an envelope. Go over the top with the remaining loose whites (you need to beat them first), place the future “khachapuri” on a baking sheet.
  7. Do the same with the remaining pita breads, placing the finished envelopes at intervals of 5 cm from each other.
  8. Bake them until crusty at 200 degrees (takes about 20 minutes), serve hot.

And this version of the quick dish is already intended for lunch, since the presence of meat makes it very nutritious, especially in combination with mushrooms. Experts advise preparing several servings once, spending an hour and a half on it, and putting some of them in the freezer. Afterwards, if you don’t have time to create a full meal, you can simply defrost and heat the envelope in a frying pan.

Compound:

  • chicken breast – 1 pc.;
  • lavash – 4 pcs.;
  • frozen mushrooms – 280 g;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • small onion;
  • thick sour cream – 160 g;
  • ground black pepper;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt.

How to prepare a lavash roll with cottage cheese and herbs according to a step-by-step recipe with photos

Today, there are many recipes for making lavash rolls - it’s fast, convenient and incredibly tasty! You can take this dish with you to work, outdoors, serve it as a snack, or just have breakfast. The other day I decided to please my family with quite easy-to-prepare rolls with cottage cheese and herbs, the recipe of which I hasten to share with you.

Kitchen appliances: blender.

Ingredients

Lavash thin2 pcs.
Cottage cheese300-400 g
Sour cream3 tbsp. l.
Garlic2 cloves
Salt1-2 pinches
Greenery2-3 tbsp. l.

It is worth considering that of the existing two types of lavash (Armenian and Georgian), Armenian lavash is used in recipes for preparing rolls, since it is thinner. The dough for Georgian lavash is fluffier; it is used as a base for pizza or sandwiches.

Also, Armenian lavash has lower calorie content. Even PP lovers will be pleased - it is not necessary to prepare fried lavash with fillings, you can also bake it. Low-calorie lavash rolls can be made simply with salted cottage cheese, with cottage cheese and herbs, with cucumber, and other vegetables.

If you want something sweet, you can cook it with berries.

Recipe

  1. To begin, finely chop the prepared, washed greens (you can include parsley, dill, a little cilantro or green onions).
    Important! If you have never tried or used cilantro before, first evaluate its taste in its pure form, so as not to spoil the overall impression of the prepared dish in the future.
  2. Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and add the herbs. If the cottage cheese is a little dry, you can dilute it with three tablespoons of sour cream. Take peeled garlic cloves and squeeze them here using a garlic press. Add salt, mix everything thoroughly with a fork or use a blender.
  3. We spread the pita bread on the table, lay out half of the prepared filling and distribute it over 1/3 of the pita bread or over the entire pita bread, but step back a little from the edges so that the filling does not fall out. We roll all this into a roll, and we carry out the same procedure with the second pita bread.
  4. Place the finished rolls tightly together and wrap with cling film. If cling film is not available, you can use an ordinary plastic bag. Place the resulting mixture in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, take it out of the refrigerator, print it out, cut the rolls into pieces and place them on plates.

Other preparation and filling options

Lavash can also be cooked in the oven or in a frying pan, which will turn it from a cold snack into a hot dish.

Triangles and envelopes made of lavash with curd cheese

Instead of a roll, you can make triangles and envelopes from pita bread with cottage cheese and herbs in a frying pan or in the oven. In order to twist the triangles, just cut the pita bread into 3 equal strips, then put the filling on one of the edges of the strip and begin to wrap the pita bread together with the filling with a corner on the opposite side of the strip (as shown in the picture).

In a frying pan

  1. To make the envelopes, I cut the pita bread into 4-6 approximately equal rectangles, laid out some filling and wrapped all the corners of the pita bread inside.
  2. Put the frying pan on the fire, add a little vegetable oil.
  3. The frying pan with oil heats up, and in the meantime we take 3 eggs, drive them into a deep bowl and beat with a fork or whisk.
  4. Next, take our envelopes or triangles, quickly dip each one into a bowl with eggs and place it on a hot frying pan, fry on both sides until golden brown.

In the oven

How to make filled lavash envelopes

To prepare a quick hot snack, use thin Armenian bread, which you can buy in a store or prepare yourself from wheat flour, salt and water. To make the finished pies with filling look appetizing, the edges of the dough piece must be smoothed out using a knife. Depending on the recipe, lavash envelopes are baked in the oven or fried in a frying pan.

There are several secrets to making lavash envelopes:

  • To prevent the thin flatbread from tearing, it is more convenient to cut the pita bread with kitchen scissors.
  • Do not unpack the base long before preparing the filling. It will have time to dry out and will fold worse.
  • For a strong adhesion, the edges of the lavash envelopes can be greased with egg yolk or a little cheese can be added to the filling.
  • When frying, place the workpieces seam side down. To get a golden brown crust, add a little butter to the pan. If you are going to bake in the oven, for a golden crust, brush the twists with beaten egg.

Filling options

You can choose any filling for lavash envelopes. They prepare a dish with green onions, minced meat, mushrooms, and often make a cheese filling with garlic

. Before adding, raw, watery ingredients should be cut into thin slices and lightly simmered in vegetable oil. You can grate the cheese or simply put it inside the envelopes in thin slices. To prepare delicious dishes, housewives often mix different types of cheese and add a little cottage cheese or processed cheese to the filling.

If you have fresh or dried fruits in the house, they can also be used for filling. Bananas, apples, pears are suitable. Dried fruits can be ground in a meat grinder with nuts or seeds, and honey can be added to balance the taste. The simplest sweet filling is jam. To prevent it from leaking, take the time to thicken the jam with fine nut crumbs or an apple whipped in a blender.

Lavash roll with cottage cheese in the oven recipe with photos step by step:

First of all, mix cottage cheese with eggs. Before proceeding with further actions, the dried apricots should be chopped. Add sugar, dried apricots, raisins and vanillin to the cottage cheese.

Mix thoroughly.

We wrap our roll and cut it into two parts.

Afterwards, grease the roll with sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet with the roll in it. You can increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for about half an hour.

Take the finished product out of the oven, cover with a towel and leave for about ten minutes, then the roll will be even more tender.

As soon as the word “lavash” is mentioned, the association with the Caucasus immediately comes to mind for most people. And not in vain, because this place is his homeland.

Lavash itself is rather bland in taste and can only be a substitute for bread, however, it will be a good basis for preparing interesting snacks. You can wrap anything in it: meat, vegetables and, of course, cheese.

In Armenia, the birthplace of flatbread, many varieties are made and added to many dishes in the most interesting variations. Spices and garlic are an integral part of them. Since it is extremely difficult to find Armenian cheese in our country, you can replace it with cottage cheese.

If you want to pamper yourself and your loved ones, prepare a lavash roll stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs, to which we will also add garlic for piquancy.

How to cook lavash stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs

Mix sour cream and cottage cheese in a suitable container. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Grate or finely chop the garlic and add it to the mixture along with salt and pepper.

Wash the dill, remove excess moisture, chop and place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Now you need to mix the curd mass well. This completes the preparation of the filling.

Take the pita bread and cut it into large rectangles. It is best to use scissors.

We lay out the resulting strips and evenly distribute the filling over them.

Carefully wrap the pita bread to form tubes. Cut into two or more equal parts.

The snack is ready! You can serve it to the table. Lavash with cottage cheese and herbs will be a good addition to the main dish or is quite capable of becoming an independent dish; it is good for a snack. It is prepared quickly and easily, and most importantly, it is very tasty. But we do not recommend storing it for a long time, especially in warm weather; cottage cheese combined with herbs can quickly spoil without refrigeration.

We bring to your attention other filling options for lavash:

  • Mayonnaise, garlic, eggs, hard cheese, crab sticks, dill;
  • Mayonnaise, eggs, red fish (lightly salted, any will do), fresh cucumbers, hard cheese (cut into strips and lay out in strips);
  • Processed cheese, garlic, eggs, herbs;
  • Adyghe cheese, Korean carrots, mayonnaise, greens.

In the first three fillings, the ingredients are laid out in layers. First comes the mayonnaise (the third is soft cheese), then everything else in that order. The last recipe involves first mixing everything until smooth, and then evenly laying it on the pita bread.

  • It is better to store the finished rolls in the refrigerator and under cellophane so that the pita bread does not dry out.
  • When you need to put a lot of filling, it is better to fold the cake in several layers so that it does not fall apart.
  • If you want a crispy crust, fry the finished rolls in a hot, dry frying pan. Then the filling will acquire a completely different taste.

We have all encountered such a situation when we need to cook something very quickly, but at the same time the food must be tasty. An excellent solution in this case would be to prepare a dish such as pita bread with cottage cheese and herbs, which is distinguished by its refined taste and ease of preparation.

There are many variations of this snack, but we will tell you in detail about several of the most successful ones.

Lavash with filling is a truly universal dish, which is especially loved by gourmets in our country. No one can say exactly what this snack is called, since in every culture and cuisine there are many recipes with similar ingredients, and everywhere they have their own name.

Despite the absence of an official classical recipe, it is believed that such a snack should contain nothing but cottage cheese, cheese and herbs. However, everyone’s taste preferences are different, so many chefs slightly change the traditional recipe and tweak it to suit themselves.

Secrets of preparing a delicious snack with lavash

The “Your Cook” portal has collected several recommendations that will help you more easily navigate the culinary diversity, so you can create your own masterpiece from pita bread.

  • The greens can be any kind. Commonly used are parsley, dill and green onions. To add Georgian notes to your food, use cilantro. Lavash will take on an Italian flavor if you add oregano and basil to the filling.
  • Do not put pure cottage cheese in pita bread - your snack will turn out dry. If you plan to fry pita bread, then first mix the cottage cheese with cheese; if this is a cold dish, then add sour cream.
  • Garlic can be used to regulate the spiciness of food. Usually one clove is enough for a couple of sheets: in this case, the garlic taste will be perceptible, but will not be too intrusive.

Take a responsible approach to choosing the lavash itself. It is best to use a fresh and unbreakable product, since it will be convenient to wrap the filling in it and it will not leak out during heat treatment.

  • Dried pita bread can be revived: using a spray bottle, sprinkle the sheets with clean water and let them soak a little.
  • You can use any cheese: processed, hard, semi-hard or pickled. It all depends on your preferences and how you prepare your food. It should be remembered that some types of cheese practically do not melt at high temperatures.
  • Don't neglect the tomatoes, as they fit perfectly into this appetizer and make the filling juicier. Therefore, if you are afraid that the pita bread will turn out dry, put a quarter of a tomato, chopped into small cubes, inside each one.

How to quickly make simple lavash with cottage cheese with your own hands step by step

  2. Pour sour cream here and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.

  6. Lay out the sheets of pita bread on the work surface. Spread some of the filling on each of them, then wrap them into neat rolls.

  • For picnics, breakfasts or a quick snack on the go, the housewife should always have recipes in her cookbook for light but tasty dishes that are convenient to take with her.

    Compound:

  • lavash – 4 pcs.;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • butter – 10 g;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • salt;
