Preparation:

  1. First, let's make sauce for chips with sour cream and garlic. Salt the sour cream, add garlic cloves passed through a press and dried dill, mix until smooth.

  • lavash (roll) – 540 g;
  • Parmesan – 100 g;
  • ground hot pepper - 1/2 teaspoon. spoons;
  • ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon. spoon;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix olive oil with salt and both types of pepper. If you don’t like it spicy, take paprika instead, but in larger quantities (1-1.5 teaspoons).
