  • Place the apples on a greased baking sheet.

  • Cover the baking sheet with food foil and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Baking time 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Thoroughly mix the remaining sugar, cinnamon, butter, oatmeal, flour and salt.
  • Leaving the apples on the baking sheet, open the pockets between the cuts and distribute the oat mixture evenly.

  1. In a dry, heated frying pan, fry the almonds until browned.
  2. Pour the almonds into a blender and grind thoroughly.
  3. Add 80 grams of sugar, half the cinnamon, flour to the almonds and mix again.
  4. Take butter (100 g) from the refrigerator and cut it into small cubes.
  5. Add the butter cubes to the blender with the almonds and blend into crumbs.
  6. Wash the apples, peel and core them and cut into slices.
  7. Wash the lemon, scald it with boiling water, wipe off the zest (only the yellow part!) and sprinkle it on the apples. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour over the apples, stirring well.
  8. Sprinkle the apples with a mixture of the remaining sugar (50 g) and cinnamon.
  9. Wash the bananas, peel them, cut them into slices and add them to the apples. Mix the fruit pieces.
  10. Grease the baking dish with the remaining piece of butter.
  11. Place the prepared fruit slices on the bottom of the mold.
  12. Place the form with the fruit in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and hold for 10 minutes.
  13. Take out and sprinkle with almond butter crumbs. Bake for another 30-40 minutes at the same temperature (180 degrees).

  • oat flakes – 140 g;
  • honey – 120 g.

Cut the apples into thin slices, after removing the core. Mix oatmeal with softened butter, add honey and mix it all. You should get a mass with small lumps. Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the apples; if desired, you can sprinkle them on top with cinnamon, chopped nuts, raisins, etc. Cover the apples with oatmeal crumbs, butter and honey.   1. Wash the apples and peaches, peel them, remove the core and seeds and cut into thin slices. *If using nectarines, you can leave the skin on.
  2. Add half the sugar, flour and all the cinnamon, mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in a baking dish and carefully level it out.
  4. Mix the remaining sugar and flour with muesli.
  5. Melt the butter over the fire (without boiling!)
  6. Pour the oil and warm water into the muesli mixture and mix thoroughly.
  7. Place the resulting mass on the fruit and carefully level it.
  8. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 30 minutes.

We need

  • Apples – 3 pcs.
  • Oatmeal (not instant!) – 100 gr.
  • Wheat flour – 100 gr.
  • Cherries (fresh or frozen) – 50 gr.
  • Butter – 50 gr.
  • Sugar – 50 gr.
  • Cognac – 50 ml
  • Condensed milk – from 40 ml

How to make crumble

  1. Grind flour, butter and sugar into crumbs - by hand or in a blender.
  2. Add oatmeal and mix well.
  3. Peel the apples and cut them into large cubes.
  4. Place apples and cherries in a multicooker bowl.
  5. Mix cognac, a little butter and condensed milk to obtain a thick sauce, which we pour or brush over the fruit using a silicone brush.
  6. Spread the crumbs over the fruit in an even layer.
