Jellied oatmeal pie with bananas and apples is a tender, tasty pastry that can be served on a holiday table.

For filling:

  • 180 ml yogurt;
  • 3 tbsp. whole grain flour;
  • 200 g banana pulp;
  • 2 tsp vanillin;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.

For the test:

  • 2 glasses of rolled oats;
  • 6-7 tbsp. milk or water;
  • 70 g of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts - any to your taste);
  • 2 tsp baking powder.

For filling:

  • 200 g apples;
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice.

Grind the Hercules, you can use a blender or coffee grinder. Combine with nuts, flour, soda, milk, knead the dough. Place the dough in the mold and smooth it out.

Cut the apples into thin slices, pour in lemon juice to prevent them from darkening, and spread over the dough. Mix banana, yoghurt and egg and puree in a blender until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, vanillin. Pour the entire mixture onto the fruit slices.

Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C. When the pie has cooled slightly, put it in a cool place for 40 minutes.

Charlotte with oatmeal

If you stock up on oatmeal in advance, you can make a tasty and healthy pie in just half an hour.

Products:

  • 12 tbsp. l. oatmeal;
  • 2 tbsp. l. regular flour;
  • 100 g granulated sugar;
  • 4 fresh proteins;
  • apples.

Cooking steps

  1. Very carefully separate the yolks and beat the whites with a whisk for about 5-7 minutes. Gradually add sugar in small portions. Stop whipping as soon as stiff peaks appear.
  2. Prepare oatmeal in advance by grinding finely ground oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender.
  3. Very carefully, so as not to precipitate the protein mass, add regular and oat flour, mix from bottom to top strictly in one direction.
  4. Peel the apples from rough skin and core, cut into arbitrary slices. Place them on the bottom of a mold dusted with flour. Place oatmeal dough on top.
  5. Preheat the oven, place the mold inside and bake the charlotte with apples for about 20 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie with a match.
  6. Remove the charlotte and leave it in the pan on the counter for another 10–15 minutes. During this time, the baked goods will be well saturated with apple juice and will become even tastier.

By the way, charlotte with oatmeal provides ample scope for non-trivial experiments. Keeping the three main ingredients constant, you can add any components you want. This will only add originality to the healthy dessert.

Desserts like these are ideal for children and those who normally don’t really like oatmeal. In addition, the calorie content of charlotte can be further reduced if you replace sugar with saccharin, and do not grease the mold with butter, but line it with parchment.
