For 14 days

To try to somehow diversify your diet and facilitate the process of losing weight, you can combine dishes as follows:

  • Grapefruit can be replaced once or twice with fresh pineapple; both of these fruits help break down fat, but the second one contains a lot of sugar.

  1. Sometimes you can allow yourself to diversify the table by replacing simple boiled eggs with a light omelette cooked in the oven or in a dry frying pan without vegetable oil.
  2. The following types of fish are suitable for a healthy diet: sole, pollock, river perch, pike perch, mullet, blue whiting. Sometimes a fish dish can be replaced with seafood.
  3. It is better to steam meat, fish and poultry, preserving their natural salts and minerals, which will significantly improve the taste of the dishes.
  4. Dietary cheeses include the following varieties: curd cheese Ricotta, Tofu, Feta, Oltermani. Brynza is absolutely not suitable - it is a low-fat type of cheese, but it has a high salt content, which contradicts the basic principle of the diet of Hollywood stars.

In an effort to please themselves, some enthusiastic people try to stretch this meager menu for 18 or even 21 days. But such diligence does not lead to amazing results, but to sad consequences:

  • the abundance of proteins causes internal organs to work harder, which leads to serious chronic diseases, most often kidney failure;
  • excess caffeine, especially on an empty stomach, will certainly affect blood pressure; in addition, this drink irritates the gastric mucosa, leading to disorders and problems with stool.

With the Hollywood diet, the daily calorie intake does not exceed 600 kcal, which is extremely low for the normal functioning of the body. If you stick to such a meager diet for a long time, there is a high probability of disrupting your metabolism and driving yourself to exhaustion and even anorexia.

The main ingredients in the diet are eggs, grapefruit, coffee. The Hollywood diet for 14 days on the menu is no different from the seven-day diet. We go through the menu described in the table for seven days and start over. Here nutritionists advise diversifying your diet so as not to leave the body without the necessary substances.

In the second week, you can, if desired, replace coffee with tea and vice versa. Sometimes replace boiled chicken eggs with quail eggs at the rate of 1 chicken equal to 3 quail. You can cook different types of fish. Pollock, mackerel, carp, bream, hake are suitable. Replace chicken with rabbit. The Hollywood diet for 14 days is not as difficult to tolerate as it seems. The body gets used to eating in a calorie saving mode. Take this into account later so that the weight does not return.

Nutritionists advise leaving the Hollywood diet gradually, otherwise the results will be disastrous: the weight will quickly return.

Quitting the diet

Regardless of whether you lasted a week or two on the Hollywood diet, you need to exit it smoothly, without overloading the digestive system. During the first seven days after it, begin to gradually supplement your diet:

  • for starters, add breakfast and an afternoon snack of fruit to your meals, before going to bed you can drink a glass of kefir or jelly;
  • gradually introduce durum pasta, oatmeal, and soups with lean meat;
  • add dressing in the form of vegetable oil and lemon juice to vegetable salads;
  • carefully return salt and spices;
  • start gradually increasing your physical activity.

The bulk of weight is lost in the early days of the Hollywood nutrition system due to the lack of salt in food, that is, due to the removal of fluid from the body.
