Hello dear subscribers and readers of my blog! Tell me, what do you cook in the microwave? I don’t have it sitting idle—I dry garlic croutons, make crispy chips, fry seeds. And for breakfast I cook an omelet in the microwave. This is an ideal breakfast or even a quick dinner. Delicious, tender, fluffy, just like in kindergarten! Prepares in minutes and is very easy. It will be useful for both children and those who are on a diet.

The basis of any omelet is beaten eggs and milk. To make a sumptuous dish, you need to take the same ratio of these products. And you don’t need to beat it, just mix it. The remaining components are selected arbitrarily both in composition and quantity. This can be cheese, herbs, vegetables, sausages, meat and even fruits.

The best omelets are made with the addition of dairy products: milk, sour cream, cream, cottage cheese or butter. You can prepare the dish in any microwave-safe container, in a glass, or even in a silicone muffin tin. The latter option is very convenient, since the silicone does not need to be lubricated with oil. At the end you will get the most delicate lush mass of light yellow color. I recommend serving immediately - if you are a little late, it will settle and dry out.

This simplest omelette to prepare will be useful for everyone, especially those who are watching their figure. There is nothing superfluous in it - the dish only contains milk and eggs. And its calorie content is only 135 kcal per 100 grams.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2-3 tbsp. milk;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

How to cook:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

  3. Cut the ham into small pieces and add to the eggs. Mix everything well.
  4. Microwave for 8 minutes at medium power.
