Chocolate cupcake with orange juice

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour;
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon;
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa;
  • 1 small egg;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased mug and microwave for 90-120 seconds.

  • Flaxseed flour - 10 g
  • Semi-skimmed soy flour - 10 g
  • Oat bran -10 g
  • Protein powder – 10 g
  • Milk 0.5% – 100 g
