  • olive oil – 75 ml;
  • dried basil – 2 pinches;
  • saffron - a pinch;

Preparation

Cut the washed and dried chicken breast fillet into small slices, pour in teriyaki sauce, add a pinch of dried basil, finely chopped garlic and chili pepper, mix and let marinate for about one hour.

Rinse the rice until the water is clear, spread on a paper towel and dry. Soak the saffron in a small amount of water for seven to ten minutes.

Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan with a thick bottom or a saucepan, heat it thoroughly, add chopped shallots and cook, stirring, until soft.
