Technology:

Nowadays you can easily find a huge number of dishes that use bananas in their composition. One of these recipes is pancakes, which turn out to be very filling and at the same time dietary.

  • oatmeal – 70 g;
  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • milk – 30 ml.

For the sauce:

  • natural low-fat yogurt – 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 1 table. l.;
  • cinnamon – ½ teaspoon. l..

How to make banana and egg pancakes without flour:

  2. Add the oatmeal to the banana mixture, then also break the eggs there and pour in a little milk. Its quantity can be varied so that the baking mixture has a consistency reminiscent of sour cream;
  3. If you have a good non-stick frying pan, then feel free to cook the pancakes on both sides completely without oil. If you are not confident in your utensils, then grease them with a small amount of vegetable oil;
  4. Place the dough in small lumps on a hot frying pan. While the pancakes are frying, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. The pancakes will turn out quite dark in color. This happens because of the banana, so don’t worry about them getting burnt. Bananas have a lot of sugar, but they are fruity. However, it also contains a large amount of fiber;
  5. Before serving, pour more sauce over the pancakes.
