  • Turkey fillet 300 g
  • Pieniny cabbage 200 g
  • Canned corn 1 can
  • Canned pineapples 1 jar
  • Green apple 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste

For the marinade:

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Honey 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper mixture to taste

Prepare a marinade from lemon juice, honey, olive oil and seasonings. Dip the washed turkey into the marinade and massage well. Leave the meat to soak. After an hour, heat the pan and brown the turkey on all sides. It is best to use a special grill pan. There is no need to additionally lubricate it with oil, since the turkey is already soaked in the marinade with olive oil. Then transfer the fillet to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook until cooked for 10 minutes.

At this time, prepare the vegetables for the salad. Rinse the Chinese cabbage and drain excess water. Cut the leaves. Remove liquid from jars of pineapple and corn. Cut the pineapples into cubes.
