Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the pollock fillet and dry with a napkin. Pass 500 g of fillet through a meat grinder. If you have already prepared minced meat, you need to put it in a deep bowl.

  2. Peel and wash 2 onions. Grind them in a meat grinder and add to the minced fish.

  3. Chop fresh cilantro and add to the minced meat. You can also use frozen cilantro or any other you like.

  4. Pour 4-5 tbsp. l. flour. In this recipe I will use rice flour, you can do the same or use wheat flour.

  5. Add ¼ tsp. nutmeg and 2-3 pinches of black pepper. Mix the resulting minced meat well. The longer you knead it, the fluffier the cutlets will be.

  6. If you have time, you should cover the finished minced meat and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This way all the ingredients can exchange aroma and the minced meat will have a uniform consistency.

  7. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. You can now turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

  8. Wet your hands with water or grease with vegetable oil and form cutlets. During the formation process, you can beat the cutlets in your hands.

  9. Place the preparations on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with vegetable oil on top and place them in the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes.

  10. Remove the finished dish from the oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes. This way they can absorb the secreted juice. The dish can be served cold or hot.

  • Fennel – 0.5 tsp;
  • Chili – a pinch;

  • Turmeric – 0.5 tsp;

Fish is a protein product. It contains few carbohydrates, in most types none at all. Fats are mainly represented by polyunsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial for the body. Preparation:

To begin with, the chicken breast needs to be cut into pieces of 3-4 cm. The resulting pieces should be beaten, a little salt and pepper. Cut the mushrooms into cubes. Heat a large frying pan over high heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Place the chicken on it and fry it for 8-9 minutes over high heat (the pieces need to be turned over periodically). Now you need to heat another frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it. Squeeze the garlic there. After frying, large pieces of garlic can be safely discarded. You need to fry them for 8-10 minutes at maximum heat. Then remove the pan from the heat and set aside. Squeeze lemon into a small container. The chicken needs to be sprinkled with juice. Place the mushrooms in an even layer on the meat. Add yogurt. You need to wait until the sauce becomes thick, but at the same time, without letting it boil, i.e. over very low heat. — 800 gr. fish fillet (you can use pike, cod, sea bass, pike perch);

- 190 ml milk;

— 175 gr. stale bread;

- 10 gr. salt;

- 30 gr. butter;

- 2 eggs.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Now they have to be crushed using a blender or meat grinder. Soak bread in milk, add salt. Now place the soaked bread and fish in a bowl, using a blender you need to make a homogeneous mixture. Transfer the mixture to a bowl where you will add the butter. Beat the minced meat; this can be done using a wooden spatula.
  2. If you took perch or cod, then you should add 2 eggs to the mixture. Since these fish do not provide enough adhesive substances to form cutlets.
  3. Divide the mixture into cutlets, which then need to be placed in a double boiler. It takes about an hour to cook.
  4. As for storing the cutlets, it is better to cover them with sauce so that they do not become crusty before serving. It is better if it is sour cream or milk sauce, tomato sauce with vegetables.
  5. As a side dish you can use buckwheat, boiled zucchini, noodles.
