Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. The process should start with heat treatment of chicken meat. The first thing you need to do is wash it thoroughly, dry it, and cut it into pieces. And then bake in the oven, grill or fry in a hot frying pan until a light golden brown crust appears, after adding salt and seasoning. The latter option is preferable, as it allows you to get very tasty chicken meat.
  2. All vegetables must be washed, peeled and cooked until tender. They should become soft. Beetroot usually takes the longest to cook. If desired, you can not only boil it, but also bake it in foil in the oven.
  3. When the vegetables have cooled, they should be peeled and grated individually using a coarse grater.
  4. The eggs must be boiled until the center is firm. After which they are crushed in the same way - with a coarse grater.
  5. The onion needs to be peeled, finely chopped and fried until soft and lightly browned in a frying pan with hot oil.
  6. All walnut kernels will need to be ground in a blender or by hand in a mortar. And disassemble the pomegranate into individual grains.
  7. At the next stage, when all the products have already been prepared, you can start assembling the snack. Place a cooking ring/wide glass in the middle of a flat plate. All ingredients will be laid out around it. Be sure to coat each layer with salted sauce.
  8. Chicken meat is distributed first. Then: carrot shavings – grated potatoes – fried onions – chopped nuts – boiled eggs – beet shavings.
  9. The last thing you need to do is scatter the pomegranate seeds.
  10. All that remains is to carefully remove the cooking ring/glass from the middle and cover the finished treat with cling film. In this form, it should be soaked in the cool for several hours. It is advisable to leave the dish to steep overnight.

The finished treat can be sprinkled with chopped dill in a circle and served immediately. Before laying out on plates, the structure must be cut into portions.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare a salad with chicken, mushrooms and walnuts. First you need to boil the eggs and chicken fillet.

Cut the champignons and onions into slices or quarter rings. Fry the champignons with onions in a small amount of sunflower oil.

Fry until the mushrooms are slightly browned, add salt and pepper at the end. Then cool the mushrooms and onions.

Cut the boiled chicken into cubes.

Peel and grate the eggs.

Grate the hard cheese, place in a bowl, add mayonnaise and garlic. Mix well.

Place the mold on a flat plate. Add a little mayonnaise to the bottom.

  4. For the sauce you will need to combine the remaining vinegar, honey, oil, mustard and whisk them thoroughly with a whisk. Next, season with salt.
