- 0.5 kg turkey fillet;

- Pepper, salt and herbs.
Preparation:
1. Cut the turkey into small cubes;
2. Chop the onion and fry it in oil, mix with meat;
3. Pour the eggs into a separate bowl;
4. Add flour and mayonnaise to them. Mix everything well;
5. Mix the fillet and onion with the egg mixture, garlic, seasonings and herbs;
6. Salt;

- Add the selected seasonings, make medium-sized circles and fry in a hot frying pan. Can be baked in the oven. It will take 25 minutes and 190 degrees.
Recipe for juicy cutlets in a frying pan with vegetables
These can also be considered a dietary dish. For them, it is best to take the breast.
To prepare, you need:
- Half a kilo of ground turkey breast;
- Onion;
- A couple of cloves of garlic;
- Egg;
- Medium carrot;
- Zucchini;
- Sunflower oil – glass;
- Pepper and salt.
Let's prepare it like this:
1. Make minced meat from the breast. You can grind it again with a blender to make the cutlets more fluffy;
2. Chop our garlic, finely chop the onion, three carrots and zucchini;
3. After heating the oil (a couple of tablespoons), fry the garlic and onions in it so that they become simply transparent, but not fried;
4. Add transparent garlic and onions to our minced meat; add zucchini with carrots and eggs;
5. Knead well, form medium-sized cutlets;
6. Fry in the oil that is left. When golden crusts appear on both sides, reduce the heat to low and add some water. Simmer, remembering to cover with a lid.
