  • Instant gelatin – 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper and salt - to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the carrots and boil them in lightly salted water. If you need the carrots to cook faster, you can pre-cut them into pieces.
  2. Cool the finished carrots and mash them to a puree consistency.
  3. Soak the gelatin in water, you don’t need a lot of it. Heat over low heat, making sure the water does not boil.
  4. Scoop out the dissolved gelatin and combine with carrot puree.
  5. Spread cling film on the work surface. Place the carrot-gelatin mixture on it, giving it the shape of a rectangle.
  6. Boil the rice, rinse and cool. Salt either the water in which the rice is cooked or the finished rice. Place it on the carrot layer.
  7. Finely chop the salmon and place it on the rice, distributing it evenly around the entire perimeter.
  8. Pour soy sauce over the entire multi-layer mass.
  9. Cut the cucumber into long, very thin slices and place on the fish.
  10. Sprinkle everything with black pepper and wrap it in a roll using cling film.
