- Boil or stew the cabbage, skipping the frying stage;
- We make puree using water, replacing eggs and sour cream with a couple of tablespoons of flour.
For small children (from one year old) you can prepare the following casserole:
- Boil chopped cabbage (200 g) in salted water (you can add milk: no more than one part to 4 parts water).
- Boil potatoes (200-250 g) until tender, drain, mash, stir in butter (25 g).
