- 2 ripe eggplants;
- a pinch of red pepper;

- salt;
- some fresh coriander;

- 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar.
Wash the eggplant, wipe and remove the stem. Cut them into layers 3-5 millimeters wide. Sprinkle them with salt and set aside for 20 minutes.
While the eggplants release their juice, and with it the bitterness we don’t need, start preparing the nut butter. To do this, place nuts in a blender bowl, add salt, red pepper, suneli hops, coriander and garlic. Grind until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
So far the mixture has turned out to be dry, so you need to add water and white vinegar and turn on the blender again for a few seconds.
Now the mass is paste-like, which is what we wanted.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry it in oil until golden brown and combine with the nut filling.
Onions can also be added fresh or not added at all. Decide at your discretion.
Let's return to our eggplants. Remove excess liquid and rinse with clean water. Fry them in a hot frying pan in oil on both sides.

- Khmeli-suneli;
- Salt;
- Lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon;
- Pomegranate – 20 grains.
Preparation:
- Wash and remove the stem from the eggplant. Cut into strips. To get rid of the bitterness of the fruit, you need to add salt on each side. Leave for half an hour. Then rinse with water and dry with a paper towel or napkin;
- Heat the oil and fry the vegetables over low heat until soft;
- Chop the onion. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown;
- Peel the garlic;
- Chop the greens;
- Chop the nuts. A chopper works well for this;
- Add onion, garlic, herbs, suneli hops, pepper, vinegar, salt to the nuts. Grind everything thoroughly;
- If the mixture is too thick, add water and beat again;
- Place a tablespoon of filling on the edge of the eggplant. Twist. Secure with a toothpick. Top with pomegranate seeds.

Guests are on the doorstep, but you don’t have time to prepare a decent treat? Do not worry. Tasty doesn't mean long. This recipe will definitely help you out when you have too little time to cook, and your loved ones demand delicious food.
Ingredients:
- 1 large or 2 medium eggplants;
- 200 grams of curd cheese;
- cherry tomatoes - 5-10 pieces or 1-2 medium tomatoes;
- garlic 2-3 cloves;
- greenery;
- salt;
- Oil for frying.
Wash the eggplants, remove the tops and cut into strips along the entire length. Sprinkle them with salt and leave them alone for half an hour.

You can adjust the amount of spiciness yourself. If you want it stronger, add more garlic.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thick slices. It is better to choose meaty ones so that less liquid is formed.
4. Drain the juice from the blue ones and dry them a little with a paper towel or napkins. Fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Lubricate each plastic with the mixture along the entire length and place a tomato slice on one end. We wrap it in a roll and place it with the end down.
This delicacy can be prepared in any quantity and served immediately on the table.

- 1 eggplant;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 1 teaspoon mustard;
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
- a little ground pepper;
- 200-300 grams of semi-smoked sausage (or any other sausage to your taste);
- 150 grams of hard cheese
- 1 baguette or sliced loaf;

Cut a loaf or baguette for sandwiches.
