Radical diet plan
Remember that you cannot switch days or replace some foods with others while losing weight. Three meals a day approximately every 5 hours are recommended. In between meals, drink green tea, still mineral water or regular clean water.
Week 1

Day 2: 100 g of cottage cheese 0% with one teaspoon of low-fat sour cream, a glass of low-fat kefir or yogurt, water.
Day 3: Two small apples, half of kefir, 1 liter of fruit juice strictly without sugar, it is better to squeeze it yourself at home.
Day 4: 400 g of boiled or steamed veal or chicken, unsweetened tea and (or) 200 g of kefir.
Day 5: 1 liter of mineral water, half a kilogram of apples or pears. In winter, it is allowed to eat dried fruits steamed with boiling water, but you cannot use those varieties that contain sugar or are prepared with syrup.
Day 6: 300 ml of kefir, yogurt, milk or curdled milk, fat content of dairy products no more than 1%, 3 boiled potato tubers.
Day 7: Half a liter of kefir and unlimited mineral water. Sunday is a fasting day, it is recommended to visit the bathhouse or sauna.
Week 2
Day 1: 200 g of boiled veal, 1 egg, 2 small tomatoes, fresh; if there are no fresh tomatoes, you can replace them with 200 g of sauerkraut without sugar and oil, drinking or mineral water.
Day 2: 2 medium apples, can be baked without sugar, 100 g of boiled veal, 200 g of mixed salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil (no more than 1 tsp), unsweetened tea (you can use Novasvit, Sukrazit, Sucralose, but no more than 2-3 tablets).
Day 3: 100 g of boiled veal, 70 g of black, multigrain or bran bread, 2 apples or pears.
Day 4: 2 eggs, 100 g of boiled veal, 150 grams of black bread, half a liter of kefir, water.
Day 5: Half a liter of kefir, 3 boiled potato tubers, sour apples, maybe baked (approximately 700 g).
Day 6: 300 g boiled chicken or turkey breasts, 2 medium cucumbers, 2 hard-boiled eggs, tea.
Day 7: Mineral water in any quantity, 4 boiled potatoes, 2 sour apples, 200 ml of kefir or yogurt.
Quitting the diet
The main disadvantage of a fast diet is that the lost weight will be regained. The body experiences stress in the first week of the diet and in the period after its completion, because with a sudden transition to a normal diet, the number of calories increases by 6-7 times. During weight loss, the digestive system weans itself from heavy foods, so the resulting calories and glucose are converted into fat reserves. In this case, the digestion process is disrupted, peristalsis and the movement of food masses through the gastrointestinal tract slow down.
You must consume less than 800 kcal per day
To avoid unpleasant consequences and maintain the results obtained, it is recommended to switch to the previous diet gradually. The daily calorie intake when following a radical diet is less than 800 kcal, so the recovery lasts about 3-4 weeks.
For the first 7 days after the end of diet therapy, it is necessary to increase the number of calories to 1000. In this case, confectionery products, smoked and fatty foods should not be introduced into the diet; the consumption of cereals and vegetables is allowed. In week 2, the daily intake is increased to 1200 kcal. They focus on protein products - fermented milk and meat. In week 3, an additional 200 kcal is added and a fasting day is carried out on the weekend. For week 4, bring the daily intake to 1600 kcal and begin light physical activity.
Contraindications and possible harm to health
It is strictly forbidden to increase the period of the diet in order to prevent health problems.
You cannot follow a diet for more than 2 weeks, because during this time the body does not receive the required amount of nutrients. If diet therapy is abused, exhaustion and organ dysfunction may develop. Adhering to radical dietary restrictions is contraindicated if you have:
- pregnancy;
- chronic diseases, as there is a risk of exacerbation of diseases;
- severe infectious processes;
- pathologies of the cardiovascular system: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, vascular atherosclerosis and increased blood clotting;
- immunosuppressive state;
- renal or liver failure;
- stomach and duodenal ulcers;
- disturbances of intestinal motility;
- chronic gastritis, cholecystitis, hepatitis.
It is not recommended to radically limit the diet of people in old age and childhood. It is forbidden to carry out a diet in parallel with increased mental and physical stress.

Diet menu for 7 days
Allowed foods do not have to be eaten separately. Cooking of various dishes is allowed. The following recipes are available to choose from:
- Baked potato. Before preparing the root vegetable, it is recommended to dry the dill leaves yourself under the sun and chop them. The daily diet can only include 2 potatoes. Root vegetables must be thoroughly washed without removing the peel. Potatoes are cut into slices or slices, sprinkled with spices and placed on a baking sheet covered with foil. The dish is cooked for 4–5 minutes in a microwave oven at 600 W.
- Beef salad. You will need 4-5 iceberg lettuce leaves, 80-100 g of meat, a hard-boiled chicken egg, celery. Chop the ingredients into small pieces and mix thoroughly. To taste, season the salad with olive oil, but it is not recommended to do this unless necessary.
- Baked apples. You are allowed to eat no more than 4 fruits. Cut off the top and, if desired, the middle of the apples. Fruits can be sprinkled with cinnamon and honey added, especially if the crop is sour. The oven is preheated to 180°C. The apples simmer for 20 minutes.
- Homemade salad. The main ingredients are cucumber, tomato, 3-4 sprigs of parsley. For dressing use 1 tsp. lemon juice and a similar amount of sesame oil. Vegetables and herbs must be thoroughly washed and cut. The cucumber does not need to be peeled. Mix citrus juice, parsley and sesame oil separately from the vegetables, after which the finished sauce is added to the rest of the ingredients. If meat is included in the daily diet, then protein foods can be immediately added to the salad.
- Vegetable smoothie. To prepare, select a few spinach leaves, a large tomato, and 3-4 sprigs of parsley. You can add cilantro to taste. After washing, pour boiling water over the tomato and remove the peel. Mix the washed greens and tomato pulp using a blender. It is recommended to drink the drink in the morning.
- Dried fruits. Select 20 g of dried prunes, apples and dried apricots. Before using dried fruits, pour 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 2-3 hours. During the diet, they are used as a snack with any acceptable drink in case of acute hunger.
- Sandwiches. To prepare, you will need to boil lean beef and cut the meat into thin slices. Between 2 grain bread toasts, in addition to the meat product, you can add 2 apples. In this case, the fruit must be baked in the oven until softened and the melted pulp must be scooped out with a spoon. You can add spices to the resulting puree to taste. Spread the toast with apple pulp and place slices of beef between the slices of bread.
- Kefir-fruit smoothie. Allowed for use only during the first week of the diet. The finished drink consists of 500 ml of kefir and 1 liter of fruit juice. The latter is made from 0.5 liters of freshly squeezed plum and apple juice. Before adding the fermented milk product, you need to mix the fruit juices to a homogeneous liquid so that they do not separate. Smoothies have a strong laxative effect, so it is not recommended to drink the drink before work or study.
- Egg salad. The dish consists of 1-2 eggs, lemon juice, herbs, tomato and cucumber. Boil chicken eggs hard. Grind the yolks with herbs and lemon juice. Grind the proteins and vegetables and mix thoroughly. Yolk sauce is used as a dressing. When following radical diet therapy, it is necessary to add as little oil to salads as possible or avoid it completely.
- Potato soup. You will need 500 ml of kefir, 3-4 large potatoes. Root vegetables do not need to be peeled. Boil the washed jacket potatoes in salted water, cut into cubes and add to the fermented milk product. If desired, you can add fresh dill leaves to the first dish.
- Poultry salad. The most high-calorie dish contains 3 eggs, 300 g of chicken breast, 3-4 dill leaves, a large cucumber, lemon juice, a pinch of black pepper, 2 bay leaves. It is recommended to steam or boil chicken meat with the addition of lemon juice and spices, with the exception of dill. The breast is cut into strips and added to the rest of the ingredients when cooled. The eggs are hard boiled. The yolks are ground with dill leaves and citrus juice in a mortar. The cucumber must be grated through a coarse grater. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Apple chips. You will need cinnamon and 2 small sweet and sour apples. The fruits are cut into thin slices and sprinkled with cinnamon. The baking sheet is covered with foil or special baking paper. The apples are laid out so that they do not touch each other. The oven is preheated to 160°C. The fruits are dried in it for 1.5 hours.

- Afternoon snack – 120 ml kefir.
- Dinner – 3 tbsp. cottage cheese.
