- Wings – 1.5 kg.
- Honey – 3 tablespoons.
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Hot Chili sauce – 4 tablespoons (can be replaced with 2 large spoons of Tabasco sauce).
- Worcestershire sauce - large spoon.
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons.
- Apple cider vinegar – 3 large spoons.
- Salt – 2 tablespoons.
- Paprika - a large spoon.
- Coriander - a pinch.
Cooking:
- Chop the garlic cloves, add apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, honey. Add paprika, coriand, pepper. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
