Stick to the easiest casserole recipe you can use almost daily because the preparation is so quick. And then the oven works for you. In addition to thighs, you can take wings, legs, and breast.

Take:

  • Chicken thighs – 6 pcs.
  • Honey – 100 gr.
  • Oranges – 3 pcs.
  • Garlic cloves – 4 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 50 ml.
  • Coriander, turmeric - a spoonful.
  • Seasoning for chicken.
  • Salt - a small spoon.
  • Hot red pepper - pod (optional).

Step by step recipe:

Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper napkins.

Using a fine grater, remove the zest from 3 oranges. Squeeze the juice into a bowl with the zest using any available method.

Transfer the honey. If it is too thick, warm it up a little.

Pour turmeric and coriander into a bowl with juice and add salt. Crush the garlic with a press and follow.
