Rinse the breast, dry it with a kitchen paper towel, remove the film, if any, and cut into thin strips, 3-4 cm long, no more than 5 mm wide.

Let's prepare the marinade. For this you will need sour cream, it is better to choose sour cream with a fat content of 25% -30% and your favorite spices. In this case, I have salt with garlic and herbs. You can add dried basil and black allspice to the marinade.
