  3. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and simmer onions and cabbage in it for 20 minutes;
  4. Chicken meat is cut into strips, salted and seasoned with spices. It is then fried in oil;
  5. Coat the multicooker bowl with a small amount of oil. Chicken and cabbage are placed in it, and a milk-egg mixture is poured over it all. Bake for 20 minutes;
  6. The prepared casserole is cut into portions, each of which is poured with yogurt and sprinkled with leeks.

Buckwheat-chicken

  • breast - 3 pcs.;
  • buckwheat - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • low fat sour cream - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

The casserole will be ready in 20 minutes.

Calories per 100 g - 113.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Buckwheat is boiled in the usual way until fully cooked;
  2. Chicken breasts are boiled, cooled and cut into pieces;
  3. The onion is cut into half rings and sent to fry in a frying pan. When it turns light brown, add poultry meat to it. Simmer everything in a frying pan for a couple of minutes;
  4. Reduce the heat and add half a portion of sour cream, salt and seasonings to the chicken. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes;
  5. Eggs are mixed with the remaining sour cream;
  6. In a multicooker container coated with oil, place sequentially: half a portion of boiled buckwheat, chicken meat, buckwheat, egg-sour cream mixture;
  7. Place for 20 minutes and wait for it to be ready.

If desired, you can add grated cheese.
