- For the cake you need wheat flour (3 tbsp). Sift the flour and pour into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp to it. l. cocoa powder and 1 tbsp. l. instant coffee, 1/3 tsp. baking powder and 3 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix the ingredients. Beat the egg, whisk with a fork and pour 2-3 tbsp. l. milk. You can add a pinch of vanillin to taste.
- The amount of sugar can be reduced if the cocoa mixture already contains a sweetener (this applies to cocoa-containing drinks for children).
- Grease a ceramic mug with butter, pour the dough into it (taking up a little more than half the volume) and microwave for 2 minutes.

- Coconut flour – 60 g
- Coconut oil – 30 g
- Vanilla protein – 30 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Salt – 1/3 tsp.
- Baking powder – 3 g
- Sugar substitute Stevia – 0.15 g
